Envelope Printing Incorrectly for DAF Donations
For Donations that are from a Donor Advised Fund or other scenarios where you have an Advisor to the donation that needs the tax receipt or acknowledgement letter (e.g., Edward Jones account is donor, but Jane Smith is advisor), the envelope template in Csuite still pulls "Edward Jones 1234 Foundant St" as the address, not the donor advisor. How can this be changed or can I change the envelope template and re upload this? I have to go to the donor advisor profile each time and print an envelope from their profile, rather than just use the streamlined 'print envelopes' section in receipts bucket. Thanks!

We would appreciate being able to print letters to donor advisors to thank them for recommending a grant to us. I am not seeing how that is currently possible.

This is a constant issue for our organization as well, it causes a lot of extra time when doing the acknowledgment letters and envelopes.

Bumping this! It's a constant issue for our organization. It doubles the time to print acknowledgement letters instead of having a smooth process! Thank you

This seems like a no-brainer. Thank you, Foundant, for implementing this as soon as possible! Heather

Yes! Would be great to have all address, salutation, etc. fields for tax receipts and envelopes be the information from the Donation Advisor profile when one is applied to the donation. We have noticed that both envelope addresses and tax receipt salutations tend to reflect donor information, even if the donation advisor address is correctly pulled into the tax receipt. Donation advisors are not an infrequent occurrence for us, so this means we spend unnecessary time correcting this information.

I agree, it is a big time sink for our administrator when she goes into Donations / ThankYous / Print and goes to print envelopes and the envelopes for advised donations are addressed to Fidelity, Schwab, and other custodians, rather than the advisors for those donations. She has to create custom envelopes in Word for these donations.

I would like for the Donation Advisor address to appear on a "Print Envelope" for thank you 's. I was able to get our 3rd party template correct (i.e. donor to thank for IRA charitable contribution, instead of Wealth Management/Financial institution), but the envelope pulls the Wealth Management/Financial Institutions address info.
