   We have both development and scholarship personnel who need to utilize custom fields on the fund record. Totally agree with Jill that our organization could operate so much more efficiently with detailed security options and that the current permission of all or nothing options are too limiting.

   We just had this situation happen on a closed agency fund. The advisor was upset that they couldn't access the activity or fund statements needed for their audit . The assets were paid out over a year ago so we didn't think there would be a problem with closing the fund and it not showing on the portal
