  1. Reposting this idea from 2020 that was archived in 2025. We need the option to generate the promise letter in Word so that we can make some slight adjustments. It is not clear why these letters are only available as PDF versions.

    Original Request from 2020:
    When generating Pledge Reminders/Statements, it would be very helpful to be able to merge them into Word so changes can be made to specific letters. Currently after clicking on Payment Documents all the pledge letters are merged into a PDF.

  2. When Household Giving is enabled in the Giving Hub, donors have the option to give as a household by selecting a radio button and entering household information.

    However, donors often do not know how to properly format the household name, which can lead to:
    -Duplicate households
    -Inconsistent naming conventions
    -Data cleanliness challenges for staff

    Suggested Enhancement:

    Provide the ability to enforce or guide a standardized household naming format during entry

    Examples of best practice formats:
    -Last, First and First
    -Last, First and Last, First (for different last names)

    Possible Solutions:
    -Add format guidance text near the input field

  3. Currently, when creating an Opportunity Task Note, users can associate both a Profile and a Fund with the note.

    The note does display in the Notes tab on the associated Profile
    However, the note does not display in the Notes tab on the associated Fund

    This creates an inconsistency in how notes are surfaced across related records.

    Suggested Enhancement:
    -When a Fund is selected on an Opportunity Task Note, the note should also appear in the Notes tab of that Fund
    -This would mirror the existing behavior for Profiles and create consistency across the system

  4. When processing grant letters through the Document Bucket and sending them via email, the system automatically populates the “Email” field using the primary email address on the profile.

    However, the “CC” field currently requires manual entry, even when additional email addresses already exist on the profile.

    It would be very helpful to enhance this workflow by allowing users to select from existing email addresses tied to the profile, rather than manually typing them in.

    Suggested Enhancement:

    Add a dropdown or selector within the CC field that:
    -Displays all email addresses associated with the profile
    -Allows users to quickly select one…

  5. Currently, the donation_letter template field ({{description}}) includes the donation amount along with any non-deductible items. For Giving Hub Campaign Ticket purchases, the {{description}} text also includes the number of tickets. To improve clarity and grammatical accuracy, especially since most purchases are for a single ticket type, it may be helpful to update the logic to account for singular versus plural cases. For example, receipts could display “1 Ticket” instead of “1 Tickets,” or simply show the quantity without the word “Tickets,” which would avoid incorrect grammar altogether.

  6. A way to pull a list of guests that either separates or at least indicates which ticket they bought and is an exportable list with email addresses. Different ticket holders need different information sent to them.

  7. It is important to have historical data accurately reflected in our records and currently the importing of historical scholarships does not provide for the automatic creation of the corresponding historical grants and vouchers.  Currently, the creation of new corresponding grants and vouchers after importing new scholarships results in duplicate/erroneous records.  How can we make sure that the import of new scholarships will result in accurate corresponding grant and voucher records?

  8. We would like to be able to run a report or somehow be able to see how many Profiles have a specific Profile Type. There is no way to quickly access this in a single report - we have to run a report for each Profile Type, then see how many profiles populate. Having a list to easy reference the number of profiles that have a Profile Type would be helpful to keep the data clean and up to date.

  9. Working on a Stewardship Report for our development team using a Gift Report and it's been a hassle to identify the Household Steward for Individuals/Advisors. Is there any way we can either have household Steward/advisor household steward fields, or a way to roll up these fields so that we don't have to manually check on their profiles for these fields?

  10. It would be helpful to be able to select an Alternate Email that Statements are sent to through the Fund Advisor designation like is possible for Donation Notify and Grant Notify. It would be even more helpful if we could select email delivery addresses for all three (Statement, Donation Notify and Grant Notify) on a fund-by-fund basis within the Fund Advisor designation. We have many people who have both work and personal connections to funds and would prefer not to comingle their communications.

  11. HELP - VOTE FOR THIS! Multifund vouchers are unable to be copied in CSuite. When you copy it will only copy the first one, so these will need to be made from scratch each time. Csuite doesn't have the functionality to fully copy a multifund voucher. So, those monthly employee-benefit breakdowns have to be done from scratch every time!!!

  12. When entering a donation and using the multi-fund feature, a payment is automatically created. The payment date is defaulting to today's date - it is not pulling the date used when entering the donation. Unfortunately there is no way to adjust the payment date after the fact. This used to not be the case and something has changed.

  13. Right now you have to copy a note to a profile or fund - there is no way to automatically, upon the time of note creation, to link to multiple profiles for funds. For instance, when we add a note to an individual profile, it would be far more efficient to choose to link at the time of note creation to their workplace, other profiles, or to multiple funds.

  14. It would be helpful to be able to split accounts by functional expenses. For example, Occupancy accounts may not change allocation year over year, so it would be great to be able to set Occupancy accounts to be, for example, 75% G&A, 25% Program. You have enabled allocations on vouchers, but it appears accounts have to be set up as all or nothing, and that is not overly helpful.

  16. There are formatting problems when creating reports, statements, tax receipts, etc. in French. In terms of the text, it is easy to select the correct language templates (FR or EN in our case). But when it comes to formatting of dates and numbers, it is important for these to come correctly from the system.

    In French, the date format should be: YYYY/MM/DD or Le DD MM YYYY if written out in words, with the name of the month written in French (not English) and beginning with a small letter (not a capital).

  17. Please update the font details in dark mode OR give users the ability to select different font colors in addition to a theme. Some of the functional details in reporting for example are very difficult to see in dark mode. For example, the "x"s to the left of the filters and the arrows on the columns that denote, for example, an ascending filter are almost the same color as the background in dark mode. It's hard to see what filters are acting on because of this.

  18. We would like to ensure that the check memo line is being populated in the NACHA files for grants. Right now, we have to copy over the grant descriptions into the check memo line once they make it to the voucher module. For regular vendor vouchers this is not an issue because we are manually entering this data, but when it comes to grants the description is only copied to the reference number. However, the NACHA file pulls in the check memo line for bank payments which means that our team has to copy over the description for each electronic…

  19. Brainstorming integrations that would allow gifts of appreciated assets in the giving hub. As a nonprofit, we use the giving block widget on our org website, which is clunky to have to send donors out of the giving hub to a separate page to create a donation such as crypto, stocks, DAF. Is there a way to work on coding these integrations into the giving hub, like we do with Stripe. Can a donation page handle more than one integration?
