  1. The data visualization tool is a great addition. However, I would like to be able to review and check the data that is being pulled into the charts, numbers, and graphs. Currently the only way to check the data is to create a separate custom report, and then cross check with the data visualization. Ideally, I should be able to click on a chart/graph/number in the data visualization tool and it should automatically bring up the data that is being pulled into the visualization. Manually creating a separate report to check each data point is a bit frustrating and redundant.

  2. I think that the Fund Managers should be able to toggle the "Grant Notify" and "Donation Notify" buttons on our off at their leisure. It would be nice if this is something that they could have a hand in managing for themselves when they login to the portal.

  3. With the "shiny new look", the Edit button for funds is at the top of the screen. If you're scrolling through the setting tab and find something that needs editing, you have to scroll all the way back up to the top of the screen to hit the edit button. In the past it was always on the left menu wherever you were in scrolling through the settings options.

    Could the box of fund information at the top, including the edit and other buttons, be frozen as you scroll down through the fund settings and other information so that it…

  5. We would like a fund advisor to be able to see when a reoccurring gift has been made to their fund. Currently they can see when the gift comes in but not if is reoccurring. Staff must relay this information. This would be particularly helping for project based funds who may be managing their own pledges outside of our system.

  6. We send matching gift acknowledgement letters to the donor whose gift is being matched. Our current fix is their full name and then we must remember to edit. Someone else proposed this idea two years ago and it was archived.

  8. When we went to enter a donation, the household profile was inactive because the husband had passed. We need a way that you cannot use the household to create a donation.

    If I did not know the husband was dead the widow would have got a letter with Mr. and Mrs. The household profile was inactive and she was still able to do a donation.

    Is there a way to fix this?

  9. The ability to attach documents to recurring grants is great but it would be nice to be able to attach documents to beneficiary grants as well. We process a large number of beneficiary grants and it time consuming to have to attach all the necessary documents to each grant every time we process those grants.

  10. Currently you can only add/delete grant and voucher approvers in Funds > Grant Approver or Voucher Approver. Clicking into the name of an approver brings up a list of every fund in the system, but you cannot filter it by fund group or any other filter.

    I suggest just adding Grant Approver or Voucher Approver in the Bulk Edit menu on Reports! Then we can create a report that filters funds to our desire and then change Approvers there.

  11. Having the last note date from a profile on the donor report would be incredibly beneficial. This may get too complicated as there are various notes (grant, fund, opportunity, etc.) vs. the specific task types that can be edited. However, it would aid philanthropic/donor services teams to easily run the donor report and view team/staff activity compared to donor/donation activity (like last donation date and donation summary data).

  12. While the updates to the menu and profile layouts for CSuite are exciting, it is really hard to look at now. I am in my thirties and I have a hard time reading the screen. Is there a possibility of making the CSuite page more UI-friendly? It's just so hard to look at and I use CSuite for like 80% of the day. I don't want my eye sight to fade away this early in my life.

  13. Please add the ability for staff to edit non-notify tribute donations. Many times our donors make a tribute donation knowing that the person named is known to our community foundation, so they don't feel the need to fill in the notify fields. Other times, they don't know the address or email of the person/the family to notify, but our staff does.
    Right now we are manually pulling that data for every non-notify tribute, increasing staff time on this administrative task. Also, our tribute lists are not accurate because these non-notify gifts do not show in it. We have had a…

  14. It can be time consuming to enter manual fees on a monthly basis. We have a lot of fixed recurring fees that are different for each fund. Would love a way to set up a recurring manual fee on a fund that would run automatically for a set period of time. Or - a way to enter monthly manual fees in batch rather than individually going to each fund.

  15. For custom reports with multiple fields for criteria, we can currently select either "And" to exist between the filters or "Or". We'd like to be able to have a combination of "And" and "Or" between the filters within the same report.

  16. Would like campaign groups to be a field in a campaign report. This would help me pull a report on donations made by specific groups/tables.

    Currently, campaign donations report only show ticket purchases and not donations also made via stripe.

  17. An Organization Profile can have individual profiles connected in certain Org Roles (e.g. Treasurer, Development Officer). There is a setting to set a connected individual profile as "Primary" but I understand this is only for reporting. Can that Primary profile also be set as the default grantee contact on grants going to the Org (affecting the email the grant letter is sent to and any applicable merge fields too)? Or maybe having the option to choose from list of Org Role profiles when creating a grant.

  18. It would very helpful for our fiscal projects if we could include a transaction detail report in fund statements. We are currently using a work around of including an activity detail report that includes account numbers and additional reports for donations, invoices and vouchers that shows the customer/donor/vendor name. All transactions are reported twice because there is no current method to list them with account number and name.

  19. It would be very helpful if subaccounts could be shown in the portal on the statement of activities. Our fiscal sponsored projects are having to contact the foundation for a report with the level of detail they need. They should have the option to expand to the subaccount level on the portal.

  20. We would like to link grants to opportunities. We have some clients where we are managing a few multi-year grant commitments. These are not through GLM but through a separate agreement. We'd like to use opportunity tasks to collaborate on these, list the beneficiary profiles, and link the actual grant records. This would allow us the flexibility to utilize opportunities to track the work done for these relationships as these donors trust us to steward these specific grants that would not work as a recurring grant series because there is added complexity.
