    1. For my foundation, they would only care to see completed follow ups
    2. Most likely when they are evaluating an application from a new organization. However, there might be in instance they'd like to see report when the org has NOT reapplied.

    Not sure this will solve the problem as initially described. Also, not sure how the "applicant" would know about the collaborator role or how a "collaborator" would know. My guess is that some organizations currently let more than one person use another's log on. Will be interested to see how this evolves. Would still LOVE to see primary contact be able to complete follow up. Thanks for consideration of the idea.

    I wonder if she means the logon page. If so, I agree with this suggestion. For example, when an applicant first "lands" on our foundation's logon page, there is some text that Foundant added for us about "welcome... if you have questions...etc." It would be great if we could edit that ourselves.

    You can do this yourself in Process Manager under Edit Process Summary. We included this with other instructions for our foundation.

    Our evaluators do receive notification when an evaluation has been assigned to them but I love the idea of them automatically getting reminders after a timeframe that we designate if they have not yet completed.

    I commented on a similar suggestion - would LOVE to get admin notification when someone completes an evaluation.

    Would also like to see admins get email notification when someone completes an evaluation!! The latter suggestion from Chuck would not work for us since we go based on a percentage vote and don't need to wait for 100% to close evaluations.
