Primary Org Contact to view follow up reports and due dates
Can you add the follow up report view to the primary contact of an organization? I am getting requests from ED's asking if they can please be able to view all of their following reports from various applicants within the organization.

While I am very used to reassigning a follow-up grant report for new contacts, there have been times where we have pertinent information that appears in the follow-up, so it is helpful for new contacts to be able to also view past completed reports.
Can we please have the option to make Follow Ups viewable for All, as we have the ability to have all users for an organization to be able to view the Organization History. I am confused why this element of the history is not visible.

Allowing primary contacts ability to view all reports associated with historical information - not just the application and decision.

The collaborator role could be very useful. Would the applicant be able to add a collaborator after the grant is awarded? I just got a query from an grantee who wants multiple people to be able to access their follow up forms (in this case, it's not the primary contact that needs to be added, but a finance person who keeps invoices and payment records). This need comes up from time to time.
Hi. I had the same thoughts as Karen. I think perhaps a better solution would be to have an option on email templates to "cc primary contact." I can see more than more reason this would be helpful, for single emails or for batch emails.
I do think there is value in the collaborator role, assuming the person assigned as a collaborator would be notified when the role is assigned.

Not sure this will solve the problem as initially described. Also, not sure how the "applicant" would know about the collaborator role or how a "collaborator" would know. My guess is that some organizations currently let more than one person use another's log on. Will be interested to see how this evolves. Would still LOVE to see primary contact be able to complete follow up. Thanks for consideration of the idea.

Currently the follow up report may only be completed by the applicant and due to staff changes organizations very often don't complete the follow up report/don't get the email reminder. We must follow up and reassign. Would be very helpful if the primary contact had access to complete it.
