Dear Foundant:
Can we add to the Greeting page language to add “Administrator administrator@grantinterface.com” to their address book so that our emails will be sure to land in their inbox! Put it in a different color font so that it will be noticed when they open this software.
We continue to have problems delivering emails to our grantees and creates duplicate work for us. Thank you.

You can do this yourself in Process Manager under Edit Process Summary. We included this with other instructions for our foundation.

Hi Robin,
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the "Greeting" page. If you mean the logon page, then yes, you should be able to work with your CSM to get a message like this put on that page.
If you're not sure who your CSM is, you can contact support@foundant.com.
Also, we did add information about email deliverability in the GLM 6.4.0 release on April 23. The release notes (in Base Camp) further explain this feature.
