Is tag merging where you can run a search on your records, tag them, and then continue to search and add new tagged records until you get the data that you want? I used to coordinate a volunteer program that used online software called "Volgistics" and it had a feature I've always missed. I could search for say - all people who live in this town and tag them - and then do another search with different criteria and add them. Then I could use all of my tagged records for sending communications to just those particular people. It was so handy.

We recently encountered this limitation and we are going to put in the 1st as the DOB just so we have a method for tracking month/year. Our CEO will be assisted in her work by knowing an approximate age but it does make me cringe a bit knowing I'm entering data that isn't fully correct. This feature would be helpful for that reason.
