Switching profiles from the individuals to the household is a lot of clicks and requires us to do a lot of customer support and explaining. If a donor could see all the donations from the household as well as their individual profile would be fantastic.
Another way for the portal - is if fund advisors can see all the donations for the fund. Right now they can see the donation ID and details - but not the tax receipt. So seeing both the donation and the tax receipt.

An error occurred while saving the comment Eyerusalem Gehringer commentedI have been testing the new portal out and it is incredibly challenging to proxy as a a fund advisor and try to double check information in the backend only to find I need to log out again. This will make customer service challenging as Jennifer stated, as often we are trying to reference information in both sides.

I've attached an example from Wells Fargo. This is a common quality of life button on many banking or popular websites that would make the user experience on the fund advisor portal improved.

We track advisor referrals and fundholder referrals and it would be great to link to the advisor which ones they referred. If we could have a profile link to opportunities where we can define the types of opportunities link that would allow flexibility for different customers to use the language that they use for referrals. And to be able to use a custom report on that opportunity profile link to do a count of how many opportunities each profile referred.

An error occurred while saving the comment Eyerusalem Gehringer commentedAdditionally, I believe this would make the note feature much more competitive with Salesforce as with the "log a call" feature there we are able to customize and add layers of tracking. An important aspect is consistency across tracking and by having people select dropdowns/checkmarks/etc in custom fields on a note we can make the burden of note tracking a lot less and improve consistency. Right now, I have to come up with a structure using the note types and using specific keywords in notes in order to have reporting of metrics. But, I'll be limited to how much I can filter those reports in the built in custom reports. I think it would be a much improved quality of life feature for those of us that have to do a lot of tracking.

This is a functionality we would appreciate. Donors often also like to see a history of who they've given to and in an old portal before we converted to Csuite they were able to access their old fund. Often times folk are converting to a new fund and its unfortunate that the lose all their history because it is closed. We use a workaround with a custom field, renaming the fund, and keeping it open, but then we have to remember to filter out with our custom fields and it keeps our lists of funds not accurate.
