Also would be really helpful to have the option in the Security Matrix to toggle all the checkboxes on or off *across* for a particular field, not just *down* for a Role or Status like we can do with the 3 dots in the header row to "Copy Row Settings". For example, I have a similar update I'd like to make to a large number of new fields to remove all the current permissions and replace with updated permissions and need to go through each field manually to do this.

Benoit, we are using the SMTP Relay function in the system so we can send out most emails from our internal grants management address for exactly this reason. When report reminders and other system-generated email goes out, it comes through our Outlook account and we receive back any replies. This is also really helpful since we'll see any that bounce-back if the recipient's account is no longer valid or auto-replies that alert us when an org contact is OOO or no longer at that organization.

The exception is that we kept the no-reply from SmartSimple for those emails related to resetting passwords.

We often refer to a particular grant record by the Org's "common name", Legal Name, AKA name, or the project's name (aka grant Title) or an acronym of any of the above. Depending on what columns are in a listview though, we often hear from users that they can't "find" the grant when they search for it. This sometime is because they don't realize the "name" they are searching for may not actually be the official name listed for the organization. Some more broad search functionality in Submission Manager would be much appreciated. Especially if it could handle inadvertent typos or similar spellings (like an "s" at the end of a word).
