Have master Follow-up Forms for: reporting requirements, similar to the LOI and Application forms it would be wonderful to have a master form that we can use to copy each of our follow-up forms from. Currently the system has all these forms/questions that are shared but I believe what would me much more useful for our organization is if we are able to modify delete and change a master form instead of having so many variations of forms by years. Thus we would have 1 form for 1st reporting that would then be copied into each years process and changes…

  3. Being able to revert or undo assigning Evaluation 2 can avoid the loss of evaluation 1 since that is the current process.

  4. One of our staff members accidentally marked an application as "complete" and reverted the status after evaluations were submitted. We lost all our evaluations. This was quite a bummer! That seems like a potential flaw in the system, because if staff make a simple mistake you lose valuable outside reviews that often require compensation. Thanks

  5. It would be great to have a data set for Organizations. Similar to what you have for evaluations, payments, installments, etc.

Third Party Due dates/reminders customizable--would be great if we could have individual third party requests with different due dates and a reminder based on that date instead of when the student requests the third party. For example, we have our GPAs done by 3rd party requests since we require a GPA after 7th semester and our application opens before that. It would be great if the guidance counselors would get the reminder based on the application due date instead of when the student sends the request. Same with recommendation requests. The student can ask for them in November but they…

  8. I know there is a topic that is already about Applicant Dashboard Organization but I think there is still improvements that can be made for the Applicant & Student view. I am coming from SLM so this may not be a problem for GLM, but at any one given time, one student could be workong on 5+ applications making it difficult and overwhelming to see all their applications.

    It would be more helpful if the applications on the Active Requests tab sorted by the Application Status so all Submitted Applications would be grouped at the bottom and all Draft Applications…

  9. We have geographic regions divided by county lines, and many cities overlap into multiple counties. However, usually, the ZIP codes change on or near those lines. It would be helpful to be able to search guidestar by ZIP code.

  11. Are you working on a more robust budget section? It would be nice if the grantees could enter spending to date per line item on our follow-up forms and that could feed into the payment trackers and budget overviews.

  13. It would be great if the Administrator could get notification that all the evaluators had completed an evaluation within a process. It would really help in making processing of applications more timely!

  14. I know this is a function of the company Foundant contracts with on the reporting tool, but I would really like to be able to reverse the direction of a crosstab or sort data within a crosstab. We use a crosstab to show awards by organization, by year, from inception to date. In the old reporting tool, they were shown most recent year on the left, oldest on the right and in alphabetical order. Under this reporting tool I cannot re-organize it to be viewed the same way and thus I have to recreate it all in excel.

  15. After evaluators have reviewed grant proposals, I would like to give the applicants the ability to edit their own grant applications to incorporate evaluator feedback. However, currently there is no way to do that without deleting evaluations. The only option right now is for the administrator to make the changes after following back up with the applicant.

  16. Hi - I would really like to see the applicant's due date automatically change when we change it on the process. Currently it is not very intuitive for us as administrators to click the little pencil that only has a "mouse hover" clue. If this is too complicated to change, is there any way there could be a note that comes up when the process date is changed todirect us to to change the applicant's view by clicking on the pencil to the right of the application? Thank you.

  17. It would be helpful if funder administrators could also manage collaborators on requests. E.g. I would like to be able to change a user to a collaborator. Right now, folks have created their own user and then when invited to be a collaborator, the system gets confused when it is the same email address. Thanks!

  18. In follow up forms that are reports, it would be great to have the option to create question fields adjacent (side-byside) to one another. Eg. this is how you responded in your proposal, and the adjacent field is the reporting text area.

  20. It would be extremely helpful if administrators could have a "Skip Required Field Validation" option for each required field, and on an individual user basis.

    Prior to switching to SLM, we did not require applicants to enter their middle name and many times they would just enter a middle initial. But it makes so much more sense to require their middle name because of the number of new applicants (around 1000) each year that will use the system the future. This is how we differentiate between applicants with the same first and last names.
