Ability to revert application back to draft status after evaluation
After evaluators have reviewed grant proposals, I would like to give the applicants the ability to edit their own grant applications to incorporate evaluator feedback. However, currently there is no way to do that without deleting evaluations. The only option right now is for the administrator to make the changes after following back up with the applicant.
