Different Logon verbiage per User Role
When dealing with various user roles between an evaluator vs applicant, I feel it'd be important to customize different verbiages on the logon screen. Implementing accessibility to allow separate tutorials per user role on the logon is important. Keeping areas in a generic (i.e SLM and GLM) logon is not practical. Having user role logons customized shows more credibility to the organization and indicates a better direction to the user.

Proxy; but retain Process selection
When proxying as an applicant and returning to personal profile, the Processes previously selected are deselected. They must be selected again. It would be better to retain selections.

Payment tracking
It would be a huge help to be able to change out search detail on Payment Tracker. Right now, it is set for Due on or after or Due on or before date, this gives a really good snap shot of yet to be paid - its a little harder if you want to do paid total because it uses installment due date only and that isn't really the true payment date and they don't always match. But would be really helpful is to see all my paid grants using date paid on or after/before so I can do two…

Merge Template Fields
When generating merge fields from the Merge Templates page, the tables listed under the 'Organization Request Summary' section should have the ability to include any field that is housed within each application. Specifically, I am looking to utilize the "Amount Requested" field from our application, and be able to place it next to the "Grant Amount" so we can see both next to each other for the historical data of that organization's grant requests.

Follow Up Form -- Default Assignment
It would be great if there was a way to set a default for Follow Up Form assignees. While it is easy to use the drop down to select between users on the assignment page, it would be nice to have the additional safeguard of default assignments. For example, I know that I always assign progress reports to the grantee and always assign audits to an internal member of our team. It would be great to set those as default so that I don't accidentally assign the audit form (which I do NOT want the grantee to see) to the…

Spotlight on Questions
Is there a way we can add something special to a question or a group of questions that will make them stand out more prominently to the applicant or the evaluators? We have evaluators that when they are going through an application want to know which questions are weighted more than others. Or at times we want to make sure that an applicant pay special attention to a particular question and other than to make it mandatory there is no other way to spotlight a question. Color capabilities would be awesome!

Font Size for Uploads
Although the upload is highlighted in blue once it has been submitted. Our evaluators sometimes have a problem locating the upload because the font is so small. Can we make that larger please.

The icons for printing and for viewing the application get totally over looked on a very regular basis. One suggestion is to use a printer icon for the print option. for view, the eye? I don't know, but it is feedback we've gotten many times from different people, new or veterans, and I wanted to share!

Time stamp a Contact
There should be a visible date showing the last updated date for a Contact form page so that it is easily discernible when the record was last updated.

Organization chose not to accept an award
a) It would be great to be able to show if an organization declined an approved award - They are "approved" but the organization declined them.

Email templates should show name of person assigned follow-up
We have numerous grants where followups are assigned to the applicant but then changed to a new person for various reasons. It should be an option to include the name of the person assigned the follow up rather than the original applicant.

Generate Automatic email upon marking "Qualification Complete"
It would be useful to us if we could configure GLM to send a automatic emails to our board and staff, and perhaps our applicants, when we mark a submitted Qualification, "Qualification Complete".

Specify that a decision comment has to be added in the approval section instead of the request section of a request.
Specify where the decision comment has to be added when approving a request. We use that area for our motions & approval of the request. It is confusing because once added, the comment shows up in both areas. I accidentally put the decision comment in the request area, so now I have to go back & change each one so it will be pulled into a report that includes the decision comment.

Please allow the use of more than 2 customized fields in the dashboard
Thank you for giving us 2 columns to customize however we want. It's been most useful! We feel like it would be even better to be able to utilize more than 2 - maybe up to 6 fields?

Duplicate users
Duplicate users fix - I would like it if the system had a searchable option that would tell users at creation point there is already an active account with their name and email address, thus preventing duplicates in our database. The message should also suggest they contact the system administrator and provide the email address for users to contact.

I was scrolling down to see if this was asked or done - Perhaps yo might want to consider this. is there a easier way to share comments, perhaps an option to blind reviewer comments to applicants when selecting the decision. This way the applicants receives an notice of the decision with the blinded reviewers comments and avoid the copy and paste from the evaluation form to the decision form - less room for mistakes and a way to protect the reviewer comments.

Multi Year Grant without Syncing to CSuite
It would be helpful to be able to add installments to multi-year grants for the years coming without future installments syncing automatically to Csuite. For our Foundation, funds do not all come from the same funds assigned in the current year necessarily for future years.

Gender identification on organization profile shouldn't be required
One of my grant applicants just pointed out that the "Mr./Mrs./Ms." field when an organization is setting up a profile shouldn't be required since some people's gender identities don't conform. Is there a way to make that field optional instead of required?

Board of Trustees Portal
Consider adding a Board management component with one single logon since trustees are already logging on to see LOIs and Grant applications. They could see the Board calendar, board meeting minutes, meeting agendas and other shared documents.
