Is there an easy way to include other organization's contacts on an email message (vs. manually typing an email address)? We send messages to multiple contacts of fiscally sponsored groups.

Create a "recently searched" list
It would be great if there was a running live list of organizations or requests that I've recently searched for or had open--like maybe the last 10 or so. Sometimes things come up and I have to go back into an organization's page that I was just in, and have to type it all over again in the search box. Would be great if I could just click it!

Electronic Grant Agreements
I am posting this on behalf of a client:
Our legal counsel was inquiring about the “time and date” stamp rationale for EGA.
The question is whether the status change log is a sufficient audit log for legal purposes. We would love to see a time and date stamp similar to what we see on the administrator end. The “this field was completed by Betty Bloomer on July 7, 2016” that is visible under the signature field would produce a sound argument of a legitimate audit trail of an electronic signature on both sides of the transaction.

A real time saver if when I do a detailed search in Request and Decisions that it saves most recent so I don't have to go back and recreate
The ability to save the most recent detailed searches in Request and Decisions. At least a back button to get you back to the last detailed search criteria created.

Lock the name field of a user or add pop-up message
Currently, organizations are able to edit their own user information, and they are able to edit some fields of their organization information. I encounter that when there is turnover in an organization or a change in who is responsible for reporting to the Foundation that users share their log-in information and ultimately just change the information in a user profile from the previous user to themselves. While this is convenient from a user perspective, it makes our history look like that person has done all of the previous reports, submitted the application, etc, rather than alerting us to a new…

Put the Assign Evaluators button at the top of the Application Complete form.
We have several processes that are rolling and we review applications one by one. It makes sense for the Application Complete button to be at the bottom of the form after reviewing it but then when you need to Assign Evaluators in the next step you have to scroll all the way down again to get to that button. Would be great if it was at the top of the screen!

Add drop down list when hovered over menu topic
To create a drop down list of options that pops up when hovered over under the tabs of the newly designed dashboard. Instead of having to click on those tabs to see the menu, have a drop down list appear when hovered over it.

Send Batch Emails from Payments Tracking Page
We send out confirmation emails with our grant payments each month. These emails vary based on the payment schedule of the grant, but not drastically so. It would be wonderful if I could select a group of payments from the tracking page and email them all the same template.

Filterable search results in Idea Lab
When I do a search here in the Idea Lab, I would love to be able to filter or sort the results. At bare minimum, it would be great to sort by most recent or most votes. But it would be nice to filter to just "Implemented," for example.

Improve search function for Board Members
My board finds search too complicated to use. They have to choose both "Status" and "Process." This is a lot. Moreover, they do not know the name of the processes, or what process anything they want to search would be under. This is administrative and internal, and not friendly to them.

If batch functionality isn't possible... bring onto one page for quicker access
One of the pain points around not having batch functionality (beyond having to do the same action over and over again) is having to open every single organization or request and navigate to the right section, then do whatever the action is. I am not sure if this is even possible, but I would love to have the ability to bring a section from each of a group of organizations or requests or applications and have them show up on one screen.
Example: Charity Check. If I could search for a group of organizations and select that I would like…

Create a way to store and easily access formulas used in reports
It would be wonderful to be able to save report formulas so I do not have to copy and paste from another report each time I want to add a formula. For example, I use a formula to calculate Payment Fiscal Year, and a different formula to calculate Decision Fiscal Year. Right now I store them in an excel spreadsheet, but it would be great to be able to "Save" formulas and then select them by name for any report.

Add the "Create Documents" link to the Payment Tracking page.
It would be very helpful to add the "Create Documents" link to the Payment Tracking page. As it is, I have to back out of that page go do a new search on the Request and Decisions page - to create the same list I had on the payment tracking page - in order to do a group merge to a merge template.

Payment Entry
While I like the changes that come forward many do not make data entry user friendly. Entering payments now takes too many clicks to get where you need to be. I like the pop up screen for entering a payment but, once a payment is entered, the field collapses and you have to reopen the installment section to enter another payment or to ensure that your balances match. I use this time as an opportunity to make sure my balances are correct.

Allow an Organization's Description to be Exported
When we pull excel sheets, we list the description of the organization with the grant information each year to present to our Board. Instead of having our applicants re-enter that information or manually entering it year after year, it would be helpful to allow the "Description" information in the Organization Summary section be exportable in the Reports & Data Sources tab.

Create a new User Role (or modify capabilities for existing Board Member role)
I'm looking to create a Board Member level user role that can view applications, evaluations, and follow ups BUT ONLY in a process to which they are assigned.

I would love to see simple, in-screen instructions for questions we frequently get asked instead of having to create (or find) a tutorial for simple tasks, based on the screen a particular user role is currently on. For example, for applicants, a short set of instructions on their dashboard could tell them how to access a follow up form to complete it. For evaluators, a box to the right of their dashboard could tell them to click on "board member" to view the grant assigned to them.

Change it so we can use the same follow up multiple times in a project
For example I have a multi-year grant and I want the applicant to complete the same follow up form for each year of the grant (so same form, different due dates one year apart). Seems a little messy to have to create a new follow up for each year when the questions are the same - I'd like to just reuse the first form.

Flag system
Have a "flagging" system that can be used for a variety of situations, such as changing a payment date or report due date. This would help us tremendously in communicating with our accounting team. They would like to be able to easily track when payments are moved, and we often move them when reports don't come in on time, or projects are otherwise delayed.
