  1. It would be extremely helpful to be able to revert the status of a follow from the the follow up you are reviewing. Student frequently attach the wrong thing or provide the wrong information. We give them a chance to rectify their error. As it stands, I have to go find them in requests and decisions and revert the status of the follow up from there. In addition to the "Follow Up Incomplete" and "Follow Up Complete" buttons, please include a revert status button.

  2. Applications, Evaluations, etc forms seem to have one format...all set to the left margin. As in some programs you can have a choice of design templates (such in Publisher: forms, pamphlets,booklets, etc). We should be able to be creative in our own style and format. It seems by having a left-margin format, there's lots of wasted space and it looks confusing as well as boring. Its simple, having an answer of "Yes and No" should be side-by-side, or "Yes, No, I'm not sure" or your choice in short answers.

  3. All but one of our scholarships have the same start and end date. It is very cumbersome to have to go in to each process and change these dates every year when you have a large volume. It would be very helpful, if there was a batch option to assign these dates. Thank you!!!

  4. When viewing a list of requests, it would be helpful to be able to select multiple requests by choosing the first one and shift+clicking on the last one (like the functionality in apps such as Gmail). This would be especially helpful when performing batch tasks such as closing evaluations on 100+ applications.

  5. It would be excellent if you could approve a request while viewing the application. You can presently deny a request from that screen, but you have to click back to the request to approve it, which is not very efficient.

  6. Would it be possible to have the approval drafts back on the payment tracking page? At least as a requested status that I could add in? That would be helpful for me instead of having to pull a full report for that process.

  7. It would be really helpful to be able to move projects between processes. We use Foundant to keep track of scholarship students, and schools often enter students in the wrong process by mistake.

  8. It would be extremely helpful to have the date the progress report is submitted for reports that are put back into draft mode (typically for grantee correction of some sort). When we mark the report as incomplete, then it's submitted with the same date as the original submission - even if it's months later. It would be great to have the new submission date show up on the Dashboard when re-submitted.

  10. After selecting evaluators and clicking Save, a message pops up saying "Evaluators have been saved." There is a button to Send Email or Close. If you have an automatic email sent when assigning evaluations, this pop-up is confusing and many times our admin has clicked on the Send Email button, sending a second email to the evaluators. It would help if the message was expanded to say "If you have set up automatic notifications to evaluators, the notification has been sent. Click Close to continue."

  11. In the administrator dashboard it would be extremely helpful to have running grant dollar totals next to the number of applications received. Our board likes frequent updates throughout the grant-cycle on the total amount requested and the total applications received. Currently, I have to manually track this information.

    Having a dollar amount requested column would also be helpful to have in the request summary page so that I do not have to click and scroll to find this very basic and important piece of grant information. Thanks for your consideration!

  13. Is there a way to print all of the options of a nested question in the question list pdf?

    I am proofing a proposed application but cannot see the options without logging into GLM. It is making it hard for others to assist with proofing.

  14. We find side by side evals handy and appreciate the thought behind it. It'd be helpful and more efficient (for us) to be able to edit the application at this stage instead of clicking into the application to do so. May be helpful for other folks as well?

  15. I would like to be able to include a hidden field that is prepopulated to describe something that pertains to the grant batch as a whole, such as batch number, purpose (such as "General Operating Support") or Program Officer.

  16. The Board Member dashboard seems somewhat limited. If a board member wanted to research a new grantee, they do not currently have a link to Guidestar from within their role. Would it be helpful for board members to have access to Guidestar from their dashboards, and not just the administrators?

  17. I would be great if an automatic email would be sent out if I create a new user-- this way the person would know right away instead of having to manually reach out to them. Maybe a checkbox if you would like to notify them you have created a new account.

  19. Just a thought: We have organizations to which our trustees give a discretionary grant, so there is no application process. Currently, I can't search their status in Guidestar when the organization has not set up an account in Foundant. It would be nice if I could!

  20. I would like to see the payment process become more seamless - it's too easy to drop steps and forget to do part of it, such as making the payment in the system but never sending it to our finance department.

    For us, every payment is dependent on a follow-up, so after the approval of a follow-up, I would like to see a button to go straight to the associated payment (as mentioned previously here: http://idealab.foundant.com/forums/339786-glm-idea-lab/suggestions/12343938--make-view-payment-button-after-follow-up-marked). It could be a dual button, "Followup Complete and Make Payment."
