  1. For example I have a multi-year grant and I want the applicant to complete the same follow up form for each year of the grant (so same form, different due dates one year apart). Seems a little messy to have to create a new follow up for each year when the questions are the same - I'd like to just reuse the first form.

  2. Have a "flagging" system that can be used for a variety of situations, such as changing a payment date or report due date. This would help us tremendously in communicating with our accounting team. They would like to be able to easily track when payments are moved, and we often move them when reports don't come in on time, or projects are otherwise delayed.

  3. When viewing the PDF of the application packet, it is not easy on the eyes. The text that accompanies each application question is not easily discernible from the answer. It is difficult to read through quickly. It would be great to see someone with an eye for clean design to edit the fonts and layout of the application packet and any other PDF reports.

  4. It would be helpful to able send a batch email using the list of organizations that appear on the organizations search page by having a send email tab at the bottom of that page. Presently we can only Merge, Quick Export or Archive organizations that we select on the list.

  5. Would it be possible to add a feature in Shared Documents to have the option of creating a folder within a folder to store old files that pertained to previous grant cycles? I'd like to be able to add new documents that are updated and pertain to the current cycle of grants but also leave the old documents there in a separate folder so that they can still be accessed. Not sure if this may already exist but it won't allow me to move a document to the "archived" folder I created.

  6. When you enter the due date for a follow up by typing mm/dd/yy, the system should default to the current century rather than assuming you mean the 1900s.

  7. The number of LOI's that have been started but never submitted is getting large - is there a date we can include on this list so at some point we can delete the oldest?

  8. I would like to download payments from my accounting system to a spreadsheet or csv file and upload them into Foundant. Would eliminate errors and save lots of time!

  9. After closing evaluation, the options at the bottom of the Evaluation Summary page are to "email evaluator" and to "approve" evaluations. It would be convenient to also have the option to deny evaluation here. Currently, the work flow requires one instead to return to the dashboard, select closed evaluations, and go from there with batch options. I like to work on one LOI at a time and not have to return back out the dashboard.

    It would also be nice if when I did a denial, the decision date calendar brought up the current date by default, but allowed that…

  11. Currently Applicant and Applicant Name fields are listed by first name then last name. Maybe one of these fields could be programmed to be last name, first name.

  12. If applicants upload multiple attachments to the same question, they should get an error message warning them that only one file can be uploaded per question (and that each upload replaces the previous one).

  13. Change the Public Apply Link, it is awkward, results in multiple draft applications. After an applicant is logged in, have a notification or popup (IF there are applications in draft) so they don't start a new application.

  14. I LOVE THIS !!!! the new Preview option without needing to create an account. and the ability for people to preview the apps when we have them "open" in Fondant.
    I'm hoping you can tweak this a bit... hide the boxes so people don't start typing OR possibly boxes all box could have "preview- information will not be save" OR have the error pop up as soon as someone STARTS to type, not after. Thanks :)

  15. Hello out there in Foundant land, everyone. I am a Client Success Manager at Foundant and I have a client who's looking for best practice(s) on making an applicant survey available to applicants after they've submitted an application to get feedback on their experience with the online Foundant form(s).   16. If any changes are made to questions in a form and those questions are made "Administrator Read Only", they are still visible when reviewing submitted follow ups. For example, our grant report follow ups were a copy of the previous year. Many of the questions had changed or were no longer applicable to grantees. However, some of the grantees had already submitted a report in that process. Once the report has been submitted the questions made "Administrator Read Only" still show up and make it very hard to evaluate a follow up form. It looks messy and makes the process…

  19. I like the quick new way to enter payments on the payment tracking page. Here are two things that would make it Better! If the pop up window had the name of the Organization. I am often entering multiple payments at once and sometimes I lose track of what one I'm entering. Having the Organization Name in the pop up window will help me double check that. Whenever I go back to the payment tracking page it defaults to showing all dates. It would be helpful if it would save my last search unless I log out because I have…

  20. It would streamline our grant process to be able to have more than one application form per process. This way, applicants can select their area of focus in a more generic LOI form and be assigned the appropriate application form if invited to the next stage.

    This means we could ask more in-depth questions in the application that are tailored to the priority area, without needing multiple processes or an incredibly lengthy application form. Thanks for your consideration!
