Monitor user confidentiality statements
Create a follow up procedure for users to electronically sign andagree to a confidentiality statements.Place a check on the user profile that says they have read and agreed and submitted the agreement.

Douglas - We might be able to help you track who has signed the confidentiality statements in the user record. And there is even a work flow that requires you to flip an evaluator to the applicant role so that they can fill out some paperwork that might be helpful. This is something your CSM could help you think through.
