Adjust the internal process visibility
For internal processes, there are still some things that an applicant can view. They will see the Process Name and Project Name... even if all questions are internal.
Here are a few recommended adjustments:
1. Not let an applicant view any of the information.
2. Allow them to see the Process Name but not the Project Name.
3. If no changes can be made to what the applicant views, then change the visibility option in the Project Name question in the process. Right now I have selected the visibility is "Internal", but our applicants can see this! Yikes! It's misleading. I understand if it can't be internal, but then just make sure that I am not given that option within the question field.
Thanks!
