Code processes, and allow multi-select by code
We have grant processes, or programs, which recur every year. There is currently no way in the system to link those processes. Our suggestion is two-fold: (a) allow us to add a "code" or "type" to each process, and then (b) allow us to pull processes by code/type. This would show up in the Select Processes pop-up on the dashboard - maybe above the "available" and "archived" boxes - a "Select All Processes Type" box.
To get more technical - it would be really great if we could also add a "closed" status to a process. That could be a separate box in addition to "available" and "archived" - or it could be an additional code/type that affects those processes no matter which box they are in. The reason why: we would like to be able to pull only the programs that currently have active grants in them. We only keep in the "available" box the most recent of each type of process, so that we don't accidentally edit the wrong process. Some grantees have grants from 2-3 years ago that are still active (with extensions for various reasons), so there are a number of archived processes that still have reports. I guess you might also be able to solve this aspect by allowing us to select all non-closed grants, plus the relevant processes, but not sure if that's more complicated.

Another way to accomplish this might be to have a default set of processes that are "checked" when any particular person logs in.
