Change the Matching Percent question.
When selecting Matching for the type of grant in the approval stage, the Matching Percent field has caused confusion for our foundation.
Our staff defines our matching grants as 1:1 or 1:2. We more commonly use a Matching Ratio rather than a Matching Percent. Because this Matching Percent question is required, we have entered a variety of answers (100%, 1:1, 50%, 200%?) which makes the field more pointless than helpful. I wish there was a way to either put a description under this question so our staff could be unified with our answers or that we could simply label this question as a ratio.
I understand Foundant has lingo that is unique and can't be modified for every Foundation. I share this issue because it greatly effects our reporting tool... it's hard to calculate when the answers are not unified or given clear direction. Thank you for considering!
