Add preview function for follow ups
It would be helpful if grantees could preview assigned folllow ups that they can't yet access so they can plan for reporting.

multi-select options when assigning follow-ups
In scholarships we assign a follow up for each semester. It would save a lot of time if we could select more then one follow up from form box.

Add Scholarship Name to Third Party Recommender Email
I have students who apply for multiple scholarships and use the same recommender for each scholarship. The recommender does a recommendation for one scholarship but not the others. I would like to see the scholarship name added to the automatic email sent to the recommenders. Currently the email has the students name, but not the scholarship name. If possible I would like to see the name of the scholarship on that email as well so that the recommender understands that they are writing a recommendation for a different scholarship.

Save an edited merged document
We like to personalize the body of a grant approval letter 'merged document' before printing and mailing along with the grant payment. At this point there is no method for saving the edited personalized version of the document to the grantee's page. The process becomes arduous because we must first edit the body of the document, then save it as a word file to our database, then upload the saved document to the grantee's page. We would like to be able to edit the merged doc and directly upload edited version it.

Put the "Advanced Options" tab back on the application review page
Every once in awhile an application while under review needs to be "returned to draft status". In earlier versions the "Advanced Options" tab was on the application review screen. It is now moved and difficult to find. Can it please re-appear where it was before? Thanks!

Enable applicants to be logged into more than one funder at a time
An applicant recently told me of a challenge when working on multiple applications for different funders at the same time which all use the Foundant GLM system. Apparently you can't do it. You have to open a different browser or open private browser windows to login to more than one funder. It would be helpful to enable applicants to be able to login to more than one funder as they can copy/paste information that can be used in multiple applications more easily.

Provide an easier way to note changes.
I am looking to build a "Recent Changes" report. Ideally, we would like to pull a report every month on all the changes in the site. Is this possible?
Specifically, since Outlook and Foundant don't sync, we need a way to know when contact information changes on the site so they can be changed in our personal Outlook accounts. Having notifications for each individual change seems overwhelming. There should be a way where we can chart all the changes at one time over a time frame.
Is there an easier way to chart changes in reports over a time frame…

Auto assign follow ups
I think I have the opposite issue from those who want batch assignments. Each grantee has a different project completion date (that they enter on their grant agreement) and I would love to see the option of auto assigning a follow up on a specific date. Their project completion date is the day they would be assigned their final report follow up. (I actually thought this was already an option, but was told that it's not). Encouraging application
I would propose to add a status, which comes before Application Draft in the timeline, called "Encouraging Application." This would not be anything the applicant submitted - it would be like the Decision Form, entered by the grants manager, but it would have to be optional. This would allow me to get organizations in the queue that I have been talking to about applying, and make notes about our conversations and my efforts/encouragements to date, and then to stop worrying about them once they moved into the Application Draft status. read only option for reporting
Hi,
It would be helpful if we could have a read only option for reports. Recently staff has been in my reports and saving different filters (instead of saving a different report) without my knowing and when I go to review reports I think that there is tech glitches. Secondly maybe in that read only mode, they can only modify that report if they save it under a different name.

Return to applications Submitted at the Bottom has gone away. :( Please bring it back? Very helpful!!!
In this latest update the "Return to Applications Submitted" link at the bottom of the page went away. It was more helpful (at least to me) at the bottom than the top. With very long applications it takes lots of time scrolling to get back out to the next application. Is there a particular reason you did away with it?

provide ability to login as user from Request Summary page.
I can't recall if this was available before version 6.0. It seems I am now doing extra clicks to get back to the Organization Summary in order to get the live link on a user's email and login as them. It would be great to have this on the Applicant contact info on the Request Summary page.

adjust the width of columns on the LOI and Application pages for administrators.
With the new release at the end of 2016 and the widened screen space, I was expecting to be able to see the full name of any organization on the LOI and Application pages (the one, for Administrators). The Process column is a very wide column, and even the date column is pretty wide when it doesn't need to be....but the column for Organization is pretty narrow.

Move the Edit/Save button on the forms from the right over to the left
If you are editing the response to a question, then you need to keep moving from the left to enter the new information, to the right to "Save" it. If you are working off a laptop, it takes a bit longer.

Abandon Requests After Deadline
An organization's application can still be submitted if they are working on it past the deadline (ours are always 5:00 p.m. the day of the deadline), even if we abandon it. It then seems to fall off of the dashboard, but is still pulled into reports as submitted. We'd love a way to abandoned and not allow the organization to submit if they are in the application after 5:00 p.m.

Third Party Responses/Reporting
We have a teaching awards program that includes two third party responses in the nomination (application). One is for the teacher that is being nominated to complete and one is for the teacher’s principal to complete. A few times during the nomination process we like to pull a report so that we can see who has and who hasn’t submitted their third party response. Allow DataArts to auto populate
Much like Foundant now allows applicants to click a button to allow GuideStart to auto-populate some answers, I would love to allow arts organizations the option of allowing DataArts to populate answers, too. Essentially, this could save applicants a lot of time by allowing them to share reporting data that is important and tedious to include in each application.

I'd like to be able to do an email merge to a subset of applicants from the applicant pool based on their responses to LOI/application/followup questions. For example, we ask under which interest area an applicant is applying. I'd like to be able to select and email all those applicants who applied in the arts.

re-program editing a contact
When I input a contact initially, I can leave the phone number blank. But if I go in and edit that contact it requires that I add a phone number. Also, when I have the system copy the company information into a contact, it does not copy the phone at the same time. Even if not the same or an additional extension, it would be helpful to have it copy phone number over as well. thanks!
