In-line evaluation!
I would really love to see a more efficient way to do in-line evaluation - such that the reviewer can read the entire application (including uploaded documents) and score at the same time. There is currently a way to insert "shared questions" into the evaluation form... but it is incomplete and does not include uploaded documents. Pretty please??? Thank you!!

Applicant Details - bring in address line 2 please!
Hello! I would like to suggest that in the Applicant Details that are available to attach to auto emails include the second address line as well as the first address line (they currently only pull in the first address line).
We attach the applicant details to all of our auto emails and request that grantees check the address information and let us know if updates are needed (as just another way to ensure we aren't sending the check to an incorrect address) but I've had grantees sent back emails concerned that their suite/apt numbers aren't included.

being able to sort follow up reports by approval date
I am running serial reports on a follow up in batches as they are reviewed and marked complete. It would be nice to be able to filter these reports by the approval date. Right now I can only sort by initial submit date or date modified. If the report was modified after submission by one our administrators - for instance if we had to contact the grantee for additional information, that date effects our ability to run serial reports based on the last report run. Simple solution - add date completed for follow ups.

Reporting export option buttons
Very small annoyance...can you move the export option buttons (Excel, CSV, PDF) on the reporting function to the left side of the table? Right now, they are on the right side of the table. When I have a large report with many columns, I have to scroll down on my computer to get to the separate scroll bar that will take me all the way to the right side of the table to find these buttons. I know this is a small detail, but seems like an easy fix.

evaluator's email field in the report dataset
We want to pull a report of all evaluation forms (a copy of each evaluation for each evaluator) and we want the email of the evaluator to be on that report (we can only get first and last name)... this way we can use excel to filter the email of the evaluators that haven't completed or started the evaluations... has anyone else figured out a way to do this with one data set?

Auto-assign follow-up pop up when payment is entered
It would be very helpful for us if the auto-assign follow-up box would pop up when a payment has been entered to a grant so that we can assign the electronic acknowledgement of funds received form.

Follow ups assigned to team members
I would like to be able to assign a follow up to our own team members. We do a lot of internal reporting on behalf of our beneficiaries, so it would be great if I could assign a follow up to them instead of the grantee since we are responsible for the work. Some examples include receipt tracking, site visit reports, and internal mid-year reporting. I'm happy for the grantee to see what we are saying, but more importantly, for us to have an integrated system that allows all the right people access to how we're doing - transparency and…

What Grantees see when their LOI has been Abandoned
We have just discovered that LOIs that are abandoned show up to applicants as LOI Decision Undecided. I think this is not only incorrect but also confusing to applicants. It's not unusual for applicants to start two LOIs by accident. Unfortunately, when the organization then goes in to work on the application, they are confused because the dashboard indicates in one area that the Foundation has not made a decision about their LOI. I think that if LOIs or Applications are abandoned that the applicant's dashboard should indicate the LOI / applications was never completed and or abandoned.

Alert for repeat applicants with overdue requirements
I would love it if repeat applicants who have an overdue requirement (aka Follow-Up) would get a message when they try to start a new proposal. . . like "Hey! You still owe us a Final Report from 2013. Please contact us." Perhaps this mechanism could be similar to the email that pops up if they try to create a duplicate organization? We'd hate for them to spend the time and energy to prepare and submit a proposal that is VERY likely to be screened out due to their delinquent Follow-up. Thank you for considering!

Evaluator Wiki Page
Our board would like for Foundant GLM to include some type of decision wiki that we would use for sharing thoughts during the application evaluation / decision period. We find that that it takes a lot of digging to see what other evaluators comments in their evaluation forms. And since Foundant does not currently allow for real-time tallying of recommended grant amounts against a grant budget, our reviewers are doing a lot of work offline in Excel and then copying into the evaluation forms. Deleting a Request - direct back to Organization Summary
I'd like to request that after a request is deleted, that we not be directed back to the dashboard.
I have needed to delete several requests under an organization profile as the applicant has created more than one draft that they were not planning to use, and they wanted to clean up their history (which we encourage also). It is a little finicky to be directed back to the Dashboard if you are doing more than one deletion, or you planned to do some other clean up on the organization or make a note of the request to delete files…

Reports - Export to Excel
I have noticed that when you export a report to Excel, all the numbers are stored as text. Although it can be done, it's a pain to have to convert them to numbers if you want to work with them as numbers in Excel. So, I suggest in a future release that all numbers in a Report export to Excel as numbers.

Make Installments Shareable across Forms
It would be useful for us to be able to share installment information from an approval form onto a follow-up form. We are using an electronic grant agreement this grant cycle and I had to create a separate question on the approval form (at Support's suggestion) to be able to share the installment information in the grant agreement. This means installment information will now need to be entered twice on the approval form: once in the payment summary and again in the new field I created "Installation Schedule."

"On Hold"
Occassionally, we have an applicant who has either applied too early in their need, or perhaps we need to put that applicatoin on hold for any number of reasons. So my question is this: Is there a status along those lines for applications we need to place "on hold"? Anyone else have this need?

Could the upload size for attachments be given in MBs rather than MiBs
One of the questions I often get asked by applicants is "what is an MiB?" Thanks to Wikipedia I know it is a Mebibyte, but that is a very obscure term, especially in the non-Linux world. Would it be possible to change to the ubiquitous, near-synonym megabyte MB? It isn't a major thing, but anything that cuts down on an applicant's confusion level is probably good. Thanks.

fiscal sponsor
I"ll echo what some have said about the Organizational Info. page. We have organizations who use of fiscal sponsor and it would be nice to have them enter that on the organization's page. Often the tax id they enter is that of the fiscal sponsor but we have no way of knowing that and no way of knowing the "send to" address unless we ask for that on the application or grant agreement. It would be a lot more convenient if it could be entered on the org. info. page. Thanks.
