Copy address button isn't working when I add new contacts
I've added a few new contacts to existing organizations recently and I don't have the option to copy the organizational address to the applicant/contact. The button is there, its just greyed over and I can't select it.

I would like to suggest that for the multiple choice questions that you allow administrators
to set a limit on the number of selections an applicant can choose.

drop down - heirarchy
In the application - when selected a program/project area- it would be great if there was a heirarchy/tier selection area. Organizations would be able to create taxonomies similar to the Foundation Center's taxonomy charts
here is an example
Arts & culture - Heading
sub headings that applicant can select would be
*cultural awareness

Update the Eval Saved page to display more useful information
Currently, after clicking "Save" on an Eval form, the page that loads notifies users what required questions are unanswered. It would be great if this page could include what non-required questions are unanswered, but even more so, I'd love to see a link to continue working on that Eval form specifically. Otherwise from the alert page showing which questions are unanswered, a user has to click "Continue" to go back to the full workload screen, click back into that organization/eval Summary, then click the page icon to edit the eval fields -- which opens in a new window.

fix downloading reports
When I go to download a report the reporting software continues to "think" and try to load even after the .xls or .csv files are available for viewing. This means that you have to quit out of the screen to download a new report and, unless you remembered to save all the changes you've made to filters/the report, you lose all the filters/fields you just selected.

add grant applications deadlines on the Application Status Page
Is there any way to put grant applications deadlines on the Application Status Page? We are finding that our grantees will not intuitively know to go to "apply" section and read through the process description to find deadlines.

Windows 10 Internet Browser Edge
I just got off a support call with one of my applicants. We discovered that with Windows 10, using Edge (the internet browser), you can't upload documents. Once the user switched to firefox, they could upload documents. I'm not sure where Foundant is regarding Windows 10 and the new browser, but I'm sure as Windows 10 continuously roles out, this may become an issue for people.

Add an "In Progress" Marker for Evaluators
Add an "in progress" marker to evaluations page so that evaluators know when they have started an app evaluation but not completed it. Perhaps a yellow question mark.

QUick Export: export all of the info that is on the screen at that time
example: after evaluation are completed we can see the scores adn the ranking ... with the project etc... but when we export the averaged score does NOT export. only the bare bones info :) thanks

Final Evaluations Review for Program Officers
Any possible way you guys can add another "bucket box" under "My Evaluations" for forms that have been completed and ready to be reviewed by the Program Officer?

Evaluation for Boards: simplify- too much info and too many ways to access the application
Our Boards that evaluate are often volunteers with varying degrees of computer experience. Could this be more streamlined???
A lot of people don't read cheat sheets or review tutorial that are provided so they aren't finding the "simplest way to review the application-via the application packet :)
I love the APPLICATION PACKET for reviewing apps, this is not covered in the video tutorial.
We have streamlined our applications and requested that all application uploads are in PDF or Word Format so that they will slide nicely into that packet.

Static Menu
It is would be nice to have the main menu be static when working in the system. When you are at the bottom of an agency's information you have to scroll to the top to get back to the menu. The other option would be a pop-up in the margin that returns you to the top of the page.

Entering Payments made easier
The process of entering payments takes too many clicks and is not smooth process. Once you select the agency to enter the payment there is a double option of "Make/View Payment". Then you have to select payment again and then you have to scroll down. The screen for entering payment should be user friendly. Also, you cannot tab through the fields because it hangs up on the date field. We enter a lot a payments and would like a more fluid process.

Question Type Labels
Is there an easier way to label the visibility type of questions for administrators? We have had a couple of questions get labeled as internal visibility but a required question. The visibility type does not show when you print the questions so we thought the asterisk meant the questions was good to go.

Expand Board Member Dashboard
We do not consistently use board member evaluations, and even when we do - its only after applications have been submitted. So we spend time answering questions about whether applications are in, follow ups are completed etc.
I think allowing board members to see the full dashboard makes sense across multiple foundations that we work with. I also think they should be able to see the payment tracking (another area where questions come up).

Ability to sort organization contacts
It would be helpful to be able to sort organization contacts by first/last name. This would help when deactivating duplicate contacts in organization records that have lots of contacts. It would also help to know when the contact was created, in order to keep the most recent contact record.

Make evaluating applications easier
Currently our board members/application evaluators are having to have two screens open or flip between screens when reviewing each application.
One screen has the app and other the evaluation form. Isn't there a way to make this easier for them?
