Evaluation for Boards: simplify- too much info and too many ways to access the application
Our Boards that evaluate are often volunteers with varying degrees of computer experience. Could this be more streamlined???
A lot of people don't read cheat sheets or review tutorial that are provided so they aren't finding the "simplest way to review the application-via the application packet :)
I love the APPLICATION PACKET for reviewing apps, this is not covered in the video tutorial.
We have streamlined our applications and requested that all application uploads are in PDF or Word Format so that they will slide nicely into that packet.
I would love to see a new simplified Elevator page: of course the work load list ... and when they click the project it only gives them access to app packets and score card.
