Expand Board Member Dashboard
We do not consistently use board member evaluations, and even when we do - its only after applications have been submitted. So we spend time answering questions about whether applications are in, follow ups are completed etc.
I think allowing board members to see the full dashboard makes sense across multiple foundations that we work with. I also think they should be able to see the payment tracking (another area where questions come up).
We have given them a view only log in - BUT - that log in has too much AND does not have the shared docs which we use with our boards, so it isn't an ideal solution. The grant manager log in has the same issues.
