Add User text restrictions
Please remove restrictions on "Add User" information fields!! Only allowing certain formats for phones/addresses/postal codes restricts inputting accurate information. (Can't input extensions for phone numbers, international phone numbers, international addresses.)

Ability to Copy Universe in SLM
We would like to have the feature of copying Universes so we don't have to go back to Sandbox, edit, and then port over to the main site. We made many changes in the live site hoping we could copy for next year, and realized that functionality doesn't exist.

Including attachments when creating Word merged documents
When creating merge documents, it would be really useful to be able to include attachments that are uploaded to applications into a Word document. Currently this can be done when creating PDFs but not Word docs.

block user from editing user name
As an admin I want to prohibit an applicant user from editing their user name. When a nonprofit has an employee transition, sometime the old employee will share with the new employee their GLM log in info. The new employee then goes in and edits the account name to be their own rather than making their own user account. This messes of the historic record of the old employee. It would be great to have the ability to control what a user can edit on the user reg form just like an admin can control what org registration info can…

minimum character count
It would be great if the admin could set both a minimum and maximum character count for such questions as "Integer." For example, if we require a 7-digit number, we can set the maximum to 7 characters, but we don't have a way to set the minimum character count to 7 as well, which can contribute to mistakes with ID submission.

bulk email to evaluators
It would be really nice for Grant Managers to have the option in Tools to be able to create and send group emails to their Reviewers on specific application processes. I do recognize there are areas that you can send emails to all of them but it's buried within the dashboard/application and if you picked more than one application it would send multiple emails to the reviewers. It would be nice to do it on a higher level.

C-suite Field check memo to update under Installment Form in GLM/SLM
Check Memo is a great addition in C-suite, it would be great to have the field in GLM/SLM and set the memo there. This would allow for our grants and scholarship team to set the memo and not have to wait for the grant to be created in c-suite to go in and set the memo.

Batch Assign Follow Ups to Internal Users

Copy follow up forms in bulk
As previously mentioned, a search function for process forms to copy. Further, I would like to be able to copy several "copies" of a form at a time. It is cumbersome to search, select, copy a form numerous times. Especially for grants with several years of reporting requirements. Example: a land donation with 10 years of reporting history assigned.

I would like to be able to search for organizations that have registered but have not submitted or started an application.

testing
As a new UA user, I love that we can test eligibility rules. It would be nice if this function could be expanded and allow for a full testing of the application. Besides seeing what opportunities are available, having another button to click on next to the approved (green) opportunities that show what supplemental questions exist for those opportunities would be great. This would eliminate having to create 'testing' applicants to ensure the complete opportunity is fully in place. Maybe keep the 'eye' symbol next to opportunities that are green, that when clicked, show the supplemental questions.

additional status
We have had multiple awards being cancelled/terminated post-decision but "cancelled" or "terminated" status does not currently exist in Foundant. As a result, we need to track the cancelled/terminated grants offline (which is prone to errors, time consuming, etc.) when we report/reconcile the # of grants/amount awarded. Having these statuses would enable us to run a report with status filters to identify quickly and accurately what transpired within a given process or across multiple processes to better manage our reporting/reconciliation. PDF of application
I have one Scholarship fund holder (older individual who does not do computers) that wants paper applications for her reviewing. Unless I'm missing another way to get, the pdf button gives us an inordinately large fonted and clunky formatted document that is way too many pages long. Can you guys change the margins, layout and font sizes please??

We have a big issue with the reference emails to schools emails when scholarship applicants ask for reference emails.
Is there a way to update the tally number for references when the reference is added by the administrator. We have a known issue with reference emails from our Scholarship applicants not going through to the recipient and we have to end up adding them on our end which does not reflect in the number shown in the application.

Focus Area Budget Tracker
I want to be able to create multiple budgets for an application for my different focus areas. Then, I want to see how much has been awarded for each focus area, and how much is remaining in each budget.

deny application in glm
It would be nice to have a bucket on the dashboard in GLM for denied applications instead of having to go to Requests and Decisions.

Is it possible to have SLM integrate with DocuSign with the committee chairs in addition to the applicants?

Include Organization in User Profile Change notification
Currently in the notification administrators receive when a User Profile is updated, it only lists the fields that the user updates. Therefore, unless they change their email, it is hard to tell which organization this user is from just based on the email. The notification email should therefore include the Organization Name as well.
