grant letters
So, the wording in my grant letter is different based on if it is being sent via check or ach. It would be ideal if I could specify grant letters based on a profile. For example, profile 3162 is an organization that receives ACHs, I would like to be able to specify that any grant to that organization would use the ACH grant letter.

Anonymous Fund
When generating a default or custom report, a fund record marked as Anonymous Fund should have the option to be displayed as Anonymous Fund instead of showcasing the actual fund name.

Auto logout after period of inactivity
For security purposes, we think it would be a good idea to have C-Suite automatically log-out after a certain time (e.g. 30 minutes, 1 hour). Currently, it only seems to log-out overnight

Pull primary addresses for future dates
When generating a mailing list, the system only pulls the primary address for the present day that the list is being run. We'd like the ability to pull all primary addresses for a specific date.
Our mailings usually aren't going out the door the same day that a list is pulled. We want to make sure to pick up alternate addresses that have a primary date for when the mailing actually happens. Right now it requires a separate pull to identify and update those addresses.

Description field for all custom field lists
Wherever we have custom lists for fields each item in that list should include a description field. This would include Profile Types, Profile Fund Categories, Engagement Strategies, Fund Groups, Fund Sub Groups, Fund Divisions, Fund Segments, etc.
If we had description fields for these things we could eliminate the need to reference operations manuals all the time to figure out which list item to use.

Deleted files
Is there a way to add even a temporary "Trashbox" for deleted files? As we are adding more files to CSuite it is easy to envision someone accidentally deleting a critical file with no method of retrieval. I have tightened permissions, but anyone can make a mistake.

Refund Grant via Electronic Transfer
The Refund Grant option only allows for cheque refunds. There needs to be an electronic refund method in the refund voucher. As it is now, it is only cheque which then goes into the till.

pop up notification for fund advisors
When we have information to share, we would like the option to add a pop up message to the fund advisor portal for each fund group (designated, donor advised...) when an advisor logs in. One example would be to donor advised fund holders letting them know when a grant catalog is open.

GL History search - only one account at a time
Please add the ability to search a range of accounts in the G/L history. If I'm looking for something that may be within a few accounts, you have to do a separate search for each account.

Move Profile Notes to a different profile
It would help if we could move notes from one profile to another. There's a Move option now but it's only to move the notes to a different designation on the same profile.

grant types - multiselect option
grant types - multiselect option.
Some Funds and Grantees have more than one area of interest. I would like to have a multiselect option for Grant Types.
Perhaps in the back end, there can be an option for multi-select OR single select on a fund/grantee. Then those who only have one grant type across their system would be able to just have one. Orgs who have a need for multiple types, can change it to a multiselect option.

Checkbox for Set School Flag
Many clients have really messy lists of college/universities they have paid one time, individuals, or k-12 schools that shouldn't be included that they have to spend a significant amount of time cleaning up when setting up payee fields. Currently this is an all or manual one by one process. If there were a checkbox that comes up when you hit set school flag and you could go down a list and select what you want to add that would save admins so much time!

More than one fund linked to Opportunity
The ability to link more than one fund to an opportunity would be beneficial. When I am tracking gifts into an agency endowment, I have to track gifts into the Agency fund as well as the Third-party or public fund.

Unit Cost and Fractional Shares -- Need More Decimal Places
Stock values, when manually entered in the unit cost, can only go out to 4 decimal places. This often leads to incorrect values due to rounding errors, as sometimes multiple hundreds of shares are being sold. We need the capability to manually enter at least five or six digits on the Unit Cost.
In addition, when entering fractional shares, the decimal place can only go out to three decimal places. Similar to unit cost, we need the ability to enter fractional shares to at least 5 or 6 decimal places.

Maiden name on profile
We would like a box for maiden name on a profile. This way we can track name changes - especially if someone received a scholarship under their maiden name but has since changed their name to marriage. Another option would just to add a box that says "other names." This would cover other types of name changes as well.

Creating a new donation with Fund ID instead of Fund Name
When creating a donation it's unusual that you cannot type the Fund ID to bring up the fund name but rather the fund name. The same situation in bringing GLM grants over to C Suite and setting the Fund - cannot do it by ID but only by name.

Guest List to include tickets where info hasn't been filled in yet
Would the guest list also be able to include lines for open guest slots?
I'm trying to give a guest list to our team but then have to cross examine the list with the Profiles tab to let our team know the full count of who who is coming because the guest list won't let us know that their are people coming if the guest information isn't filled out.

Searchable Fund Public Name
Make the fund public names searchable. This is used when searching a profile name a/o the legal name. Why can we only search for the fund name, but not the public name of a fund?

Do Not Mail profile, yet Mail when vendor
Is it possible to have Do Not Mail for profile in donor mode, but Mail in vendor mode.

Grant request change grantee search box instead of drop down
When using the change grantee option on a grant request, instead of a drop down menu with all active grantees, there should be a search box that you can type in like the search boxes elsewhere on the site.
