New Fund Advisor Portal Grant Request Style
The Legacy Fund Advisor Grant Request page had a "side by side" styling with "instructions" on the left and the grant request submissions on the "right". The new Fund Advisor portal Grant Request page has a "vertical Top to Bottom" style so that the "instructions" or Header is on the top and the grant submission are on the bottom. Create Grant Request - Enhancement Option to Rename the Button
In the new portal there is an option to rename the Grant Request left navigation menu tab, which is great. However, the persistent Create Grant Request button on the top left is not something to rename. So if we want to rename the left navigation to "Recommend a Grant" which is the language our fund advisors are used to seeing, the language of Create Grant Request is not consistent. Fund Advisor Portal: ability to show asset balances
Pool of Investments would be a nice field to have on the portal as it would show the current cash balance. Is there a way to pull asset balances (specifically investment pool figures) in as a new field on Fund Summary? Current Balance accounts for pledges receivable and grant payables - so for funds that have receivables or payables, Current Balance doesn't reflect what's actually in the fund (from a fundholder's perspective).

Grant Catalog Donate vs. Grant Request Options
In the new portal, when a grant catalog is visible to fund advisors there are two options after you choose to donate to the grant catalog - 1. complete a donation through the Giving Hub, 2. choose Grant Request to request a grant through the fund advisor's DAF. We currently only market our Grant Catalogs to our DAF holders to encourage them to use their DAF spendables to support local non-profits. It is confusing to have both options available. Could the "Donate" option be turned on or off at our discretion instead of always included?

E-Tickets for Events in CSuite
It would be great to have the ability to generate an event ticket that the attendees could show to get into the event instead of needing a paper ticket to enter.
Bonus points if there could be a QR Code or other scannable barcode generated that would auto-mark them as attended in CSuite.

All in One Master Report
A common issue when reporting is building multiple different types of custom reports to pull all necessary data. This splits the information across multiple reports and requires Excel knowledge to combine them together. Instead, it would be much better if there was a single report that had all of the most commonly used/reported fields.
Most of the custom reports in CSuite contain many extraneous fields that are never even reported on. Given that trying to load every single one of the fields on a page would be difficult, let's ignore the unused and un-reported fields and include only the most…

This was suggested in 2022 & archived without being implemented, but I'm re-posting because I would find it very helpful to be able to export the list of undeposited items in the till. I often need to add totals by period and currently have to manually add them. There are also times I need to sort by something other than date.

Grant request notification for staff - can they be targeted based on steward designation?
Is there a way for CSuite to send grant request notifications that come in exclusively from a philanthropic advisor's portfolio? We have staff members assigned as Stewards for both donors and funds. If a grant request comes in from of these donors or for one of these funds, it would be nice to be able to notify that particular staff member, without it being an "all or nothing" proposition. Certainly, we have some staff that needs to be notified of each incoming grant, as they will be processing each one. But for other staff, it would be quite helpful if…

Editable Unique URL for Funds
It would be great to have the option to customize the fund URLs so they are more donor-friendly and better reflect the fund name. Instead of a URL like /create/fund?funit_id=xxxx, it would be nice to have something like /donate/EarlyChildhoodEducation.

Reposition Ticket Header for Individual Ticket on Giving Hub
For an event on the Giving Hub, when you select a specific ticket to purchase and the ticket details appear, it seems odd that the "ticket header" would appear ABOVE the name of the event.
Is there an option to display the "ticket header" content BELOW the Ticket Name?

Multiple Email Options for Communications
When individuals unsubscribe from Mailchimp emails, it is impossible to discern if they want to unsubscribe just from marketing/ communication emails and who should just simply be marked "do not email". If Foundant could add choices on emails that indicates something to the effect of, "Marketing Emails" and/or "Foundation business" as boxes to check as options, similar to "mailing" or "inactive" for mailing addresses, that would be very helpful. Currently, if someone unsubscribes from a MailChimp blast, there is no way to realistically remove that person from marketing email blasts unless you go 1-by-1 and remove them from every campaign…

When completing a recurring task, provide option to add a note
When I complete a recurring task, it would be a nice to have the option to add a note. Currently, when clicking complete on a recurring task, the task disappears, and the next recurrence is added to the profile. For other tasks without a recurrence, there is an option to add a note. Please add this flexibility. Thank you!

Net proceeds total for stock donations
When reviewing stock sales the screen shows the list initial value of the securities with a total. The sales history on the same screen shows the net deposit without a total. Can you add a total so we can tie out to the net deposit?

Send auto email to FA's with unsubmitted grants in cart
Send an automatic email after unsubmitted grants have been in the list cart for 10 days. Or make this an option we can choose to implement.
