Grouping By Month or Year
Custom reports allow for grouping by exact date (i.e. 2/3/2022) but not by month (February 2022) or year (2022). In-system reporting would be much more functional with this option.

fund advisor portal - show available cash by fund
Available Cash - We would like to have the available cash option be by fund and not be a global change. We have some fund advisors who do not need this function, but some do. Or to give flexibility in picking the accounts that are shown as available cash.

Total amount for undeposited donations
When you have a list of donations in the undeposited or unposted area in donations it would be nice to have an amount at the bottom of the list. That way you have a double check against your in house document and CSuite.

Budget Import template
Budget import template: does not match how we format our budget excels which we then convert to csv sheet (months in template are in rows instead of columns); could there be options for more flexible csv files to accommodate different formatting with the csv file?

Bulk edit for fund advisor statement preferences: paper vs email
It would be nice to have the ability to see all fund advisors and their preferences on one screen and have the ability to change without going individually into each profile setting.

interfund grants
Please add a tally of Interfund Grants on a Fund Advisor's home page. As it stands now, they have now way of knowing that the difference between "total Granted" and "funds avialable" is because of these internal grants. In our case, most of the the interfund grants are to special purpose funds for communitiy initiatives, not to other DAFs. To a Fund Advisor, these interfund grants are the same as external grants when they think about what they have supported, and thus should be displayed on the home page.

Please add option to assign grant & voucher approvals by fund group instead of just listing all funds. We have 3200+ funds to scroll through.

Link online portal donors to existing profiles based on email address
We have many recurring donors as part of an annual event. Most of our profiles are created as "households". However donors often enter an individual name when they make an online donation through our portal. This creates an extra profile when they make a donation which we then have to "make household" and merge with the existing profile. C-Suite should be able to match the individual donation to the household based on an email address.

This is for reporting on multifund grants/scholarship. To be able to report the multifund grants and amount which now you can not do.
I need to pull a report with all the scholarships given out for a certain year with the amount and name of fund but if it is a multifund I have noticed that it will not pull the master or the funds attached to it.

donations
Donations that show up in the donor portal like a gofundme page to see what has been given and how much has been raised. Also, it could be linked to show on website.

bulk delete duplicate invitees from a campaign
With a list of 673 duplicate profiles in a campaign, I would love to be able to select, and bulk delete, the profiles from the Invitee list. It would also make it easier if a column with the profile number was included by the name.

Additional Language Characters
One of our fund holders was naming a memorial fund after a sibling who had the character "ë" in their name. The system is not displaying or reporting it correctly (showing up as "ël"). As an international company, the system should most assuredly have the ability to utilize and display characters from all languages.

Duplicate phone number clean up in Profiles - don't include fax numbers
Why is it the "work" number doesn't come up in the duplicate clean up area but "fax" numbers do? These are generally work fax numbers as well and it creates alot of unnecessary review in the duplicate area.

Fund Name on the Advisor Portal
Would like to see the fund advisor portal show the name of the fund, not the public name. Or have an option to choose one or the other. We have a few funds that include sub-funds for accounting purposes -- the sub-funds all use the same public name.

Fiscal Year Open Funds List
We would like an easy way to get a list of funds that were open during a Fiscal Year. We'd like to create a custom fund report that shows all funds that were open during a period of time (FY) - and include any funds that were open at one point, but closed during the year. Right now we can filter the "Fund Close Date" field by a value or 'Null', but not both. Ideally we'd be able to do both to include funds that never closed, and funds that closed within the year.

Ability to enter quantity less than 1 in an AP Voucher line item.

Fund Level Option - All Vouchers Reduce Spendable
We would like the option, at the fund level, for endowed or administrative funds to select that all vouchers reduce the spendable of the fund. Having this option at a fund level vs marking each individual voucher reduces the occurrence of error on individual voucher entry. With over 3k funds and 2k checks per quarter, individual fund coding ensures fewer errors and greater flexibility with interdepartmental voucher entry and financial reporting accuracy. This would reduce monthly, quarterly and year end budget and other corrective entries. Suggest a checkbox in the Restrictions section for 'Vouchers Reduce Spendable'.
