Scholarships - Add "Complete All" option in Paid bucket
It would be very helpful to have a Complete All option in the Scholarships Paid bucket (just as it is in the Grants Paid bucket). Currently, we have to click into each scholarship record and choose Complete one-by-one.

Opportunity Type Permissions
Right now there aren't separate permissions to control who can edit the opportunity types and stages that are available in the system versus who can edit opportunity records. We would rather limit who can set the opportunity types/stages.

Please add back the profile/guest counts in the column header of all campaign types
This seems to have been removed in recent campaign updates and is something we need to quickly reference often.

Add balances to Rev Share process
Add beginning balance/net deposits/withdrawals and ending balance with the income numbers to verify ending balance BEFORE posting.

campaigns deceased
Whenever I pull a list from a campaign, the "labelname" that pulls is the household name, even if the household is deceased. It should never pull the deceased household name if the household is deceased - it should pull the living individual profiles for the labelname instead. Pleased fix this! We don't want to be mailing people in a household who are dead. This is a huge issue that occurs every year for our annual report and we spent hours fixing this mistake that could have been prevented.

Minimize left menu
it would be great if we could minimize the left menu. Sometimes I'm working on a smaller screen and it takes up so much space. Having a little carrot to minimize and maximize as needed would be great!

Grants: Add grant letter template to grant creation template
Please bring back the ability to choose a grant letter template within the grant creation template. It appears this has not been replaced with the awards template option, which we do not use. To have to update the grant letter template after the fact is more work and very time consuming.

Update "Check" Language to Reflect Other Payment Types
Please update the language from "Create Checks" to "Create Payments" and from "Check Type" to "Payment Type".
With ACH and electronic payments, the check language is inconsistent with the action.

Visualize custom reports in pie chart, bar chart, or other data visualization
Similar to HubSpot's reporting features, it would be useful to have the option to visualize our custom reports in visualizations other than a table.
Ideally, this would allow our data visualizations to update as new data is added into Csuite.
Right now, users need to export the data and create visualization manually. This means that the data is not automatically updated as new data is entered into Csuite.

profile type - move save button to top of page
When you are in a profile and edit profile type, it would be great if there was also a save button at the top of the screen. If you click that you want to 'none', you still have to scroll all the way to the bottom to save. It's pretty minor but when you are updating a lot of profiles, it would be really helpful. Thanks.

grant catalog - option to save application & file notification
It would be really helpful if the grant catalog
1) allowed for applicants who are submitting funding requests to the grant catalog the ability to save their application
2) had some sort of notification/confirmation that the documents submitted were actually uploaded. Currently the files aren't even visible in the review before submission. Application Preview in GLM
It would be helpful if the option to Preview grant applications was more obviously just a preview. Once you click preview, the application looks live (with the exception of no save/submit buttons at the bottom). Could there be watermarks (like in the sandbox)? Or extra alerts at top/bottom that remind the applicant this is a preview screen, to apply, they must go back and click the blue Apply button?

The new scholarship award letter is appreciated. However, we need to be able to sort the order to match the order of scholarship letters
We enclose a copy of the scholarship letter when we mail the student their scholarship award letter. It would be incredibly helpful if the scholarship award letter order of printing could be modified to match that of checks and scholarship letters. Currently the scholarship award letter seems to print in order of scholarship ID. There does not seem to be a method to assignment of scholarship ID numbers - they do not match the order of the import file.

Allow 'Add Note' to have its own permissions setting
Allow 'Add Note' to have it's own permissions setting and be disconnected from the 'Edit' permissions so a user group can have view only permissions but still be able to add a note.

memo field for checks
The idea was implemented for "ACH : add memo line in vouchers" only partially. I need the ability to create the memo line in the Grant function prior to creating the payment. I can do this for the Voucher but not the grants. If I unpost in the Voucher AP function a grant, then it takes me to the Grant function which doesn't have the memo field option.

Add a campaign guest from an organization
Add a guest from an organization. We have a sponsor and when adding the guests, it won't allow us to select a profile that is an org. It feels like a duplication to add the person's name and email when they already have a profile. It would also help with tracking to see that that organization attended.

Campaign dates for multiple day events
For multiple day events, allow for start and end dates to be the true dates of the event. As it is now, it is pulling the end date as the event date and creating confusion for registrants to an event. Add field for campaign expiration date which will be the last day someone can register and not the event date. See sample uploaded.

Currently the description field in the scholarship ID is not reportable anywhere. Can this be added to a default report or allowed for custom reporting?

Ability to Show Accounts in Financial Statement Financial VIew
It would be nice to have a +Show Account when looking at financial statements in a financial view, similar to the way +Show Fund or +Show SubAcct are available options.
