  1. Right now, we can only pull reports for one time period at a time (e.g. donations for the period January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022). It would be helpful to be able to pull two time periods in one report to be able to compare one year against the other (e.g. donations for the period January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 and January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021)

  2. For security purposes, we think it would be a good idea to have C-Suite automatically log-out after a certain time (e.g. 30 minutes, 1 hour). Currently, it only seems to log-out overnight

  4. Could we have a new grouping within the accounts structure (like assets/liabilities/equity) for interfunds that allows the account to maintain its features as a revenue/expense/asset/liability but also would allow them to be grouped together to quickly see they net to $0 and eliminate them from financial activity?

  5. When making a new loan, could you all look into having the system generate the amortization schedule based on the input of interest rate, number of payments and principal amount? It would be great if it could then recalculate future payments based on any lump principal payments during the life of the loan too. Right now, we have to have an amortization schedule separate in excel and then import/type in the payment schedule manually. Any changes require editing all the scheduled payment lines.

  6. Could we add a feature to loans where we can record a lump principal payment? Right now, you have to manually go and delete any future payments and then add a new line in the payment schedule for the lump principal payment. It's super time consuming and manual the way it currently is set up, especially if it's a loan with a lot of payments. Additionally, it removes the historical data of when the loan was originally going to be paid, interest totals etc.

  8. It would help if we could move notes from one profile to another. There's a Move option now but it's only to move the notes to a different designation on the same profile.

  9. I wish it were possible to make a grantee inactive for a specific fund without marking the entire vendor profile "inactive." This would help a fund advisor choose the correct grantee in the online portal and minimize our admin work if a grant is paid to an incorrect grantee.

    Example: ABC Fund has two grantees: NGO1 and NGO2. Although NGO1 received grants in the past, all grants should now be made payable to NGO2.

    I would like to flag NGO1 as an inactive grantee for the ABC Fund only since it could still receive grants from other funds. Doing so…

  10. When you "list profiles" included in a Profile Type the view defaults to pull in this filter- "Deceased: Yes, No".

    Support told me there is no way to turn this off the default view, we have to delete it each time. Nobody wants a category list to pull deceased profiles automatically! Please remove this default.

  11. Many faith-based foundations use opportunities for tracking their annual campaign fundraising goals when they are working with an individual donor. Need to be able to link opportunities to a campaign so they can report on them again their campaign goal.

  13. I'd like an easy way to edit a note I just created. Perhaps an "edit" button or link at the site of the note within the profile. I see that one can add Sticky or Rollup characteristics to the note but I don't see how to edit it without having to leave the profile.

  15. I’m interested in a mapping tool that can address verify (like address validation on Google) and where applicants can put in the project location start and end points. Our program funds street projects so we need valid addresses for start and end points, that could be placed on a map with x/y or lat/long coordinates automatically, rather than general areas/intersections, where as of now these have to individually and manually be changed to a map-able format for each location.   16. We would like to have a separate bucket for current fiscal year spendable on funds in addition to having the current spendable bucket.

    Example: 2021 calculated spendable was $1000. $900 was used and there is $100 left that the fund owner wants to be ‘rollover’.
    2022 calculated spendable was $1000. $900 was used and there is $100 left that the fund owner wants to be ‘rollover’ plus the $100 from 2021.
    2023 calculated spendable is $1100. There is a total of $1300 available.
    We would like to see current year calculated spendable of $1100 AND total spendable of $1300.

  17. When managing recurring donations, I would like to see the fund associated with the recurring donation in the view: Donations->Recurring Donations. The view under Donors includes the recurring donations and specifies the fund associated with the recurring id.

  19. When a donation is completed online, the Log does not reflect when new contact information is automatically updated on an existing profile. We need to be able to see when a new address is created at the time of checkout to at least give us the opportunity to contact the donor to confirm the new address should be marked primary and the old inactive, when applicable.

  20. Add a check box so that people registering for events can select or deselect whether they can be photographed at the event. This could also be a note if the note field can be adjusted so it is not so large.
