Customizable Fields for Online Donations
It would be very beneficial to have the option to customize the text and fields on the public online donation pages. For example, being able to remove the field "recognition name" if we desired.

Print envelope to different address than what is on a check
Currently to change the address we have to go to profiles, change the legal name and/or address, print an envelope, then return to profiles and change info back to what is was before changing the address.
Can an alternative address be added to profiles for use in printing envelopes and be an option when printing an envelope.

Grant Module Upgrade ideas :)
We post anywhere from 15-35 grants at a time.
It would be beneficial if we could :
-Enter the memo line at the time of entry for the grant, rather than before checks are created
- Could reorganize the checks to print out as entered vs alphabetical order
-If the person entering the grant, is the one who approves- auto approve the grant
-Run guidestar check/post at the same time!18 votes -
Allow more than one tribute per donation
It would be great if we could link several tribute to a single donation.
We often have donations made in memory of more than one person. Currently, we are only able to link a single tribute per donation so we list all the names, but this takes away all functionality for tribute notifications.

Make Notes on Behalf of Someone Else
Assistants should be able to make notes on behalf of their supervisors who have made the contact with a donor, without having to go through the additional step of editing the note and then changing the "Who" box. Allow that to be something that is set from the beginning, the same as the date or type of note is. Executive, donor services, program, and assistants of all other types throughout the user community who are regularly inputting notes for their supervisors will thank you!

Having a direct link in the check approval email like we do in the voucher approval email would help take out several navigation steps.

Memorial Funds - all donations automatically coded as tributes
We have a new scholarship fund in memory of a young person who passed away recently. We have been receiving many donations, both via check and online. When they come as a check, we know that because it is a memorial fund, there should be a tribute attached to it so we will know to notify the family members. However, many of the online donations that we've been receiving have not had the "in memory/in honor of" section filled out. Page numbers on multiple page reports
Having page numbers shown when printing several pages of information would be nice.

Grant Catalog request form
The info in the Grant Request form asks questions that are in the
nonprofit's profile (such as URL and contact name and email and phone number). It would be great if the Grant Catalog Request form could pull this info from the profile rather than having to type it all in.17 votesHello,

Amount formatting in content
Please format the "amount" in ANY report function or editable content such as the templates as currency - and AT LEAST include commas. No punctuation in currency amounts makes notifications, etc very difficult to read once you get over 999.99

Note Alerts in Tributes
I'm loving the new note alerts throughout CSuite. It would be great if note alerts were available in the tribute area, especially on the "Donations Needing Tribute Notifications Sent" and/or "Report Printout" screens. This would allow us to flag messages for those who will print and mail tribute notification letters. As always, thanks so much for considering!

Bulk Update/Edit opportunities
It would be so helpful to be able to bulk edit/create opportunities with specific $ amount and specific staff person rather than the round robin selection.

Consolidate Public Securities Area
The public securities section of CSuite is great! There is a lot of clicking required, though. It would be nice if the securities, sale history, etc. all showed on the donation page without having to click through so many areas to have a complete picture of all associated with the gift. Add multiple "Other Payment" payment methods
Currently, you can only have one payment method of other. We would like to have multiple "Others", for instance "Other - Canada Helps" and "Other - Square" so we can easily separate these out.

Fund Statement processing - (want counts back on main screen) and need ability to choose two criteria when selecting funds
We had used the counts to verify that we were getting the number of statements needed, now you can't see this until you are done with everything and have to open each batch to see counts. Not effective when you have another person doing the approvals.
We have multiple investment portfolios and with the change to fund statement processing it has been changed to one criteria selection. We like to keep the portfolio's separate to check that the investment return is posting accurately. adding merge fields to automated emails
Our fund advisors want to write thank you notes to their donors whenever they receive a gift, but the notification email (in System Data, Content, donationnotifyemail_body) only includes the donor name and donation amount. So they have to contact us to get the address information. It would be SO much more convenient if the donor's address was included in this notification email, but we can't add any merge fields to this message. Can you?

Bring over fund advisor information to recurring grants so we don't have to manually re-enter.
Recurring grants are great except they still involve a lot of data entry since every grant has to be edited to add back the same fund/grant advisor who entered in the recurring grant request to begin with. A lot of unnecessary work for grants administrators!

electronic check register
Electronic Check Register Report: It would be a wonderful thing to be able to click on the 'Credits (Electronic)' on your bank reconciliation, and have a list of those electronic checks display. Also, to be able to run a check register report for electronic checks only would be amazing.

Assign check templates by check approver settings
It would be nice if you could assign your various check templates based on your check approver settings. For example, if a check over a certain dollar amount requires 2 electronic approvals and you are printing those signatures on the checks, it would be helpful if the system knew to pull the check template that includes 2 digital signatures. Right now you have to manually select that template and print all checks with that template in a separate batch. It also allows for errors and lack of internal controls.
