It would be great to have a # option in the custom field types, that can then be counted or sorted like other numbers in a Report.

Distribution Audit Details - Make available prior to posting
It would be highly beneficial for the Audit Details export information to be available prior to posting distributions. Without posting distributions first, the quarter ending values used to calculate distributions are not available. This makes it difficult to compare year over year data to ensure accuracy. Having the quarter ending values used in the distribution calculations prior to posting distributions would negate the need to run all distributions in Sandbox first. We discovered 2 errors in cSuite calculations due to posting in the sandbox where cSuite was not calculating QEV correctly. Access to these values first is paramount to quality…

investment strategy: option set a dollar amount
It would be nice to have the ability to set investment strategies by dollar amount and not just percentages. We have some funds that have multiple investment strategies and need to be able to hold a flat dollar amount rather than a percentage of the fund.

Recurring Grant: Calendar End Date Option
When entering a recurring grant through fund manager or directly through Csuite, there is currently no option to specifically enter a calendar end date. There is the option to choose the "number of recurring" or "max recurrence," but there is no option to choose an actual calendar year end date for the recurring grant. For example, if I want to end quarterly gifts on 1/5/2028 that began on 10/5/2021, instead of putting the end date as "1/5/2028" I actually have to count the recurrence as 26 and put in that specific number. Navigation: Shift-Select Multiple Checkboxes #letshifthappen
When filtering a custom report on a field with dozens or hundreds of entries (Ex: fund account listings) you currently need to check one... checkbox...at...a...time. This forced exercise in patience and eye-straining focus is simply unjust. We don't need the carpal tunnel injury lawyer sharks to start circling our Foundat dev team. Let's agree that the humane solution is to grant the user the civilized option to hold down shift while selecting between checkboxes, to auto check all the ones between them. Just 2 clicks needed for a range, not 200.

fund advisor portal grant notification-advisor specific
Please make Grant Notify specific to the advisor who made the recommendation. There are many funds with multiple advisors and only the person who recommended the grant should receive notification that it has arrived or is being paid. Telling all the relatives every time one makes a grant is intrusive.

Emailing right from a profile. It would be helpful to be able to click on an email in a profile and have it populate directly into outlook.

Bank reconciliations - option to hide checked items for easier list of open transactions
It would be helpful on the Bank Rec screen to be able to refresh or filter the screen based on checked/unchecked items. So once items have been checked off, you can refresh the screen to show only what has been left open. It would save a lot of time scrolling up and down while doing a rec.

Make spendables a field in both the Fund Summary dashboard and the custom reports
We are going to be producing monthly a spreadsheet that will help us determine who normally distributes in a particular time frame and their spendable/available cash.
It would be a dashboard we can frequently review.
However, the pre-made reports or the custom ones do not grab both the spendable/available cash that we would need for review.
Other fields that we would find beneficial include: the distribution type/sub types, fund summary and fund advisor.
Nice to have would be the grantee names/dates/amounts.

Upload IDs - Legacy Profile Code
It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

Creating customized templates for reports
I would love the ability to create a customized word template based on criteria from specific reports, where the data from that report would merge directly into the template. For example, I want a directory of all our Board Members, with work information and primary contact information. I created a custom report using Profile Org Role, but now I will need to export that information to merge into a word doc template. I would love to be able to do that merge within the system.
