THIS is one of the biggest issues preventing us from having a robust, accurate in-CSuite tax receipt experience. We process every single tax receipt out of Word. The 'log' of generated tax receipts in CSuite is a no-go zone, as they are very rarely 100% accurate.
If there is an advisor, please let us be able to select or choose the advisor's address and salutation - either in the template as an IF THEN or as a toggle on the donation itself.

I think this is a great idea, as any automation can be time- and labor/click-saving. However, there would need to be some way to specify or 'set' the formatting requirements of the organization. For example, we do not allow first names as Salutations. We would want Prefix + Last Name. Therefore, IF there are options for customizable formatting, I enthusiastically support this idea.

If this is an optional functionality, I agree. We use internal grants to pool spendable from hundred and hundreds of individual endowed funds to a central granting fund, and we would NOT want this to be a notify event for the advisor. It is bad enough that these show up as 'donations' on the Portal for the advisor...
