THIS is one of the biggest issues preventing us from having a robust, accurate in-CSuite tax receipt experience. We process every single tax receipt out of Word. The 'log' of generated tax receipts in CSuite is a no-go zone, as they are very rarely 100% accurate.
If there is an advisor, please let us be able to select or choose the advisor's address and salutation - either in the template as an IF THEN or as a toggle on the donation itself.

Currently, the only salutation field that is available for all tax receipt (donation) templates is the donor's salutation. Unfortunately, if you want the letter addressed to the donation advisor instead, the address block will have the advisor's information but the salutation field will still be the donor's salutation. Please give us more flexibility to use other salutation fields.
