   Once the scholarship is closed, the only way to see if it is closed is to open that scholarship. It would be helpful if there was a closed column or that the scholarship be removed from that screen. Also helpful would be a way to see all closed scholarships...

   As an FYI...the current task report in Custom Reporting is actually Opportunity Tasks (not tasks).  This will connect some of the fields you are requesting, but it does not include notes.
