Pay Email Address for EFT Grant Notifications

When emailing grantees for Electronic Payments, there is the CC email field (which is great!) - it would be super helpful for this field to automatically pull in the Email from the grantee profile that is marked as "Pay". So that the email can automatically be sent to the grantee ED and the person who should be notified of payments.

    It would be nice to be able to list more than one email address as "Pay" on profiles. Often times larger organization's need to have multiple people notified of grant payment details - someone in the Finance office, the CEO, and the person who is managing the grant. Further, organization's regularly request that we notify multiple people and its frustrating that we have to either tell them we can't do it or find work arounds on their email filters or shared email accounts to make this happen.

    Finally, we regularly run into problems with organization's receiving funding but not sharing the information with each other due to only one person receiving the funds. That's a shortcoming on the grantee that could easily be fixed by having the ability to notify multiple individuals.

    I like this idea but it would be nice to have the option to select a second email address. I use the cc box to enter my email address so that a copy of the email is sent to me. That way, I have a record of the email should be any questions in the future as to when the email was sent.

    Just had another client request this today, that they need two other staff to be aware of incoming electronic payments.

    Even if you would just allow more than one toggle on the Pay Email section, you can only have one. I've had multiple vendors/grantees that wanted payment notification sent to more than one email address. If you are doing a mass email you don't have the time to go in one by one to select the CC option.
