    It would be amazing to have the ability to add a new workflow state or application status that fits our individual processes more. Even if we were restricted to a certain number of additional states within a given workflow bucket, but had the ability to label them whatever we'd like, that would be helpful.

    I agree that this would be really nice, and just want to emphasize that THEY can change/update things, if needed. Currently, only internal staff can update certain fields on the organization's info tab like their mission statement.

    I agree. I would love an "other" or "comments" short answer option within a multiple choice question rather than having to create a second question to capture comments on a prior question.
