It appears the desire is to be able to group email from a consumer provider list view, which is not currently possible, I have changed the status.

Good usability suggestions, the only item not under consideration is the last one with the ability to leverage a user's SQL

Sure, the use case is mostly for large-volume funders where multiple system admins are working through a group of applications. One admin deletes an incomplete proposal/application because the deadline has passed or because there is a duplicate application, then another admin receives word that they need to allow the person to submit after the deadline, or there is a special circumstance that requires the application be restored. We need something in the audit log to show that the admin deleted the application (following the required admin task path) and then restored it on *** date.
Ideally, it could be part of the status history log, showing how long it sat in the Deleted list, who moved it to deleted and when, and then who restored it and when.
