  1. I'd like to be able to search in reports for applications that took advantage of Collaborator options. We ask for "additional applicant" contact details in our request. I learned we have two requests in this cycle that did not add any details, confident the "collaborator" information was automatically included. I realize we can add signage in our application for better clarity in a future process. It would be helpful to have collaborator field options under the request or applicant tabs.

  2. Set and hold the default for forms to be collapsed rather than expanded. Only expand when the user asks to display or when they tab/navigate from the end of one section to another. Having forms fully expanded makes navigation a nuisance for both applicants and admins working to design and modify forms, particularly when they are lengthy. Evaluators experience the same when reviewing applications. The current experience is clunky and frustrating.

  3. Hi Foundant Team!

    Thanks for updating the print packet file names options in the latest release.

    It would be great if 'Opportunity Name' would be an added field to select from for SLM users who have a UA. As of right now it seems as though We can only generate the process name, and a Foundation who has 160+ Funds linked to the single process, the opportunity name would be a great addition!

  4. Can we increase the file size for shared documents and/or get a message if the file is too large to upload. I use it for board packets which are sometimes too large - but the system doesn't give me a message - it just does nothing.

  5. It would be really helpful to have more than 100 characters to work with when adding question labels to forms. I do utilize the instructions section regularly to provide more clarification but also want the question labels to be as clear as possible without having to abbreviate to make it all fit.

It would great if we could control when the application status on students' dashboards are updated so they won't see their approved or denied scholarships until high school students have their awards presentations at their high schools and our notification emails have been sent (in relation to the date they are notified by their school). Currenlty, we have to decide whether to keep students in the dark well after they've been notified by their school or spilling the beans early for those students who haven't yet had their awards presentation event.   7. GLM Deactivating a Contact - add a pop-up comment field to reference later in the User's Summary.

    From the Contacts tab, when using the radio button "Deactivate User" create an auto pop-up allowing a comment field to type notes (when and why the user was deactivated). This comment field would be stored in the User Summary/Comments.
    The attached upload file shows the location to store comments from the auto pop-up field when deactivating a user.

  8. It would be really helpful if the submitted date for follow ups showed the last submitted date. Final report submission dates are important for our audit compliance checks and right now the system gets stuck on the first submission date (i.e. a grantee accidently clicked submit/did not correctly complete the form and our staff return the form to draft but when they resubmit the form it still shows the first date which does not accurately reflect when we received the report).

  9. It would be great if there was a way for use to use our own email domain and address for emails sent from GLM and SLM (rather than @grantinterface.com as it is today) for emails sent from the system, both automated and user generated.

    We believe this would improve the professionalism of the email to have all communications come from our own domain, and allow us to standardize our communications with email recipients, and take advantage of their already having our domain identified as a safe sender.

  10. It would be helpful when taking a quick glance at an organization to have an indicator on the comment tab with the number of comments that have been added, much like the indicator that appears when a document is uploaded. This would help to make clear a comment has been added.

  14. I have many email templates that are only slight variations of each other; they contain substantially the same language, with a few differences specific to the circumstances. Whenever the basic language needs an update, I have to access each template individually and make the update. I would like the ability to set up a "library" of phrases, or language "chunks", that I can insert references to in my emails, similar to how I can insert merge fields.   16. We have a listing of about 100 evaluators and 10 processes. When assigning evaluators to a process, I have to refer to a sheet of paper of the evaluators to assign to a process. It would be nice to have a field in the system, or on the user profile, that identifies the person as an specific Process evaluator, then that field can be added to the selection list. Or the possibility of creating an evaluator group for a specific process and assigning a group or an individual person. This would help with batch emailing evaluators also, because then I…

  18. Side by Side View - 'Text Box' Fix

    The side-by-side view for evaluations does not properly show all of the text for 'text box' type questions. To see the rest of the text a user must manually select the text to make the box scroll - this is nonsensical.

    Please make the text box answer area appear bigger or auto-fit so this is not a problem!

  19. Doesn't anyone ever make a mistake?? Often when I go to back space/delete something, the wonky way the text formatting works inevitably messes me up and changes the font size or color. If that issue can't be remedied, an undo would be helpful!!

  20. Some of our reviewers have said that they evaluate differently at the beginning of their review process than the end of the review process, despite every effort to be consistent. One of them suggested that a way to mitigate reviewer "fatigue" or "learned bias" could be to randomize the order in which applications are listed in the dashboard of each reviewer on a grant review committee. What one person reviews first might be the next reviewer's 10th or 50th application to review in that process.
