Selecting Evaluators to Assign to processes
We have a listing of about 100 evaluators and 10 processes. When assigning evaluators to a process, I have to refer to a sheet of paper of the evaluators to assign to a process. It would be nice to have a field in the system, or on the user profile, that identifies the person as an specific Process evaluator, then that field can be added to the selection list. Or the possibility of creating an evaluator group for a specific process and assigning a group or an individual person. This would help with batch emailing evaluators also, because then I can batch email a specific group of evaluators.

We use the Business Title for a user to categorize under which committee the evaluator is part of, but that information not coming on the "assign" Evaluator window under the process makes it hard to ensure we're selecting the correct person. Same as Jeannie, we use a spreadsheet to track who needs to be assigned under the process which can be lengthy based on the list. A quick way to filter would be great.
Could the "Committees" function from SLM be applied in GLM? For us, it's usually a committee that will evaluate a specific process.

We are having a different but related problem. We have many users with the roles of Evaluator and Applicant, which poses a problem because we cannot restrict their Evaluator role by process nor can we modify the permissions of the Evaluator role. We just had a user with dual roles answer the "internal visibility" questions on their own grant application. Having an evaluator group may help with this problem.
