Focus Area Budget Tracker
I want to be able to create multiple budgets for an application for my different focus areas. Then, I want to see how much has been awarded for each focus area, and how much is remaining in each budget.

deny application in glm
It would be nice to have a bucket on the dashboard in GLM for denied applications instead of having to go to Requests and Decisions.

Include Organization in User Profile Change notification
Currently in the notification administrators receive when a User Profile is updated, it only lists the fields that the user updates. Therefore, unless they change their email, it is hard to tell which organization this user is from just based on the email. The notification email should therefore include the Organization Name as well.

Internal Follow Up Assignments - form buttons for streamlining
We are using internal follow up assignments very frequently for staff to complete verbal reports with grant partners. When the report form is complete, they have to click "Submit Follow Up" then go back to their dashboard to access the submitted report, open it and mark it complete. If it's the final report assigned then they also close the grant. To help streamline better, it would be really helpful to have another button offered for internal follow up forms for "Submit Follow Up and Mark Report Complete". If doing that would make the same button appear on the external follow…

sync awards from CSuite to SLM
We import awards into CSuite for scholarships where the applications originate outside of SLM (i.e. our education foundation partners who manage their own application processes but we pay awards for them) and then sync them to SLM to be able to use the Follow Up functionality for getting necessary paperwork from the awardees. BUT--- there is no way to de-dupe the users in the CSuite to SLM sync process, so duplicate applicant profiles are created in SLM when we do this if the student already has a SLM profile. It creates a lot of extra manual work to have to…

Pre-filter Request Statuses: Select None
It would be a nice QoL change if the pre-filter screen had the option to select none of the request statuses. More efficient than having to deselect everything I don't want.

Our organization is one of a small number making up a collaborative fund, all using the Foundant platform. It would be great to be able to share information (applications, reports, etc.) across our respective accounts.

Restrict Grants Manager Role - LOI to Full Proposal
Despite all the Grants Manager permissions being off there is no permission that would restrict them from being able to use the "Assign Next Form" button to invite LOI applicants to complete the full proposal/application.
A colleague accidentally invited a full application because he was confused and pushed the wrong button. If you turn off all permissions, they shouldn't have this high level permission.1 voteThanks for your time in the idea lab.

Grant adjustment documentation and automation
Grant adjustment documentation and automation (new idea) – I want to have a special workflow where I can have an “amendment form” that, if approved, will push out due dates, adjust the grant purpose, etc. while still retaining the original terms agreed to.

Sort the Administrator dashboard by universe.
Our SLM currently runs 2 universes and multiple independent processes simultaneously (and that number is only going to grow). The main administrator dashboard mixes all of those statuses (draft, submitted, assigned, etc.) together. In order to find the information I am looking for, I have to filter the processes, but with multiple universes and processes, that can get very time-consuming. Can there be a button/dropdown on the dashboard that allows me to only see the applicants for the universe that I choose?

Allow "Approve Request" to be toggled on or off in the process summary
It would be great if we could toggle the "approve request" feature on and off - especially at the LOI stage, but really at either. It is concerning that someone could approve the request accidentally. Right now we have turned off any automatic emails so that if this does happen the applicant isn't alerted, but it would be nice to simply turn the feature on only when needed.

It would be helpful for version control if in addition to FILE NAME, NAME and DESCRIPTION in the Merge Templates list, DATE UPLOADED was also included.

Copy functionality
We have over 50 applicant processes, rather then make 1:All other processes that have Copy functionality enabled, could we have a group by function with the Copy Functionality?

Include Foundant name or branding in password reset emails for Idea Lab
This is actually an Idea Lab request (meta, I know). The email sent when you reset your password in Idea Lab looks kinda sketchy. It doesn't mention Idea Lab or Foundant at all and I hesitated to click on the link for fear that there was a security risk. It would be great if that email could include more contextual information to make it clearer that it's trustworthy.

Give Staff Evaluator Access to Requests and Decisions Search Page
It would be amazing if the staff evaluator roles have access to the Requests and Decisions search page and view any requests on the site via that page.
Our foundation is invite-only, and most of our partners are returning, so it's important for program officers to review past requests.
Currently, our program officers are assigned as Grants Manager role on Foundant, so they can have access to past requests. However, I worry that it's too much access for them, and I don't want them to accidentally click on something (or delete) on the site especially if they're not fully trained…

Template to Sync Fields
I'd like to be able to sync fields in my database. A template or process to help me do this would be helpful. Keeping a clean database is creates efficiencies in reporting and creating merge templates.

In the reporting section: On the tabling questions, since each field reports as its own data point, can we get a button in the table headers to select the full column or row of data so we don't have to select each field individually?
