GLM Admin upload of reports submitted via email
There should be a way for an admin to upload a follow up report without having to proxy as the applicant. Many of our reports are emailed to us rather than the applicant going into the system to upload a document.

Would it work to add an administrator question to the form that allows for the document to be uploaded there?

This would greatly benefit SLM as well, in allowing us to submit a follow-up form without having to proxy in as the student.
