Manager Evaluations
Currently, once a manager evaluation has been assigned, if the manager reviews it and then realizes it should be reassigned to another manager, if he saves it (even without answering any questions), it locks the evaluation and it cannot be reassigned. This is an issue and has not always been this way. I would like to recommend this be changed so if needing to reassign an evaluation, it can be done without issue by the administrator, even if it has been saved. This has been a very big issue for us during our current grant process and I'd like to see it addressed. Thank you.
