Establish automatic syncing of relevant data between GLM and our main systems. This would ensure that updates in GLM reflect in real-time, reducing manual data entry and minimizing errors.
Identical Profiles:
Ensure that the profiles in C-Suite and GLM Org are identical, containing all the same required information. This uniformity will simplify data management and ensure consistency across both platforms.
User Suggestions for Profile Changes:
Allow organizations, grantees, and other stakeholders to suggest changes to their main profiles through their portal accounts. This feature will enable them to keep their information up to date and ensure accuracy.
Scheduled Sync Intervals:
Implement scheduled sync intervals (e.g., daily or weekly) to ensure that all data remains current without overwhelming the system or users.
Error Handling Mechanism:
Develop an error handling process that flags any discrepancies during the sync, allowing for quick resolution and maintaining data integrity.
User-Friendly Dashboard:
Create a dashboard to monitor the sync status, including success rates and any issues encountered, to keep the team informed and responsive. This dashboard could also show duplicats, when was the last time we edited a profile or it recieved a charity check...etx Honestly charity checks should be automatic or we should be allowed to bulk charity check through grantee reports.
