More detailed budget planning tool, including a provisional budget option
I would love to have access to a dynamic budget planning tool, that allow me to have a global budget for my fiscal year, with various funding streams options AND with a provisional budget option that would take into account the proposed amount we enter in yet-to-be approved requests.
For the time being, I use an Excel file to achieve this, which is time consuming and error-prone. This option would save so much time!

due date application and third party
Would love to have the ability to set a separate due date for third-party responses. For example, student application is due March 15th and the system closes, but third-party due date is March 22nd then automatically closes.

Improve navigation
Would love to see a shortcut for going between work pages. For example, if I'm on Follow Ups Draft, and I want to go to LOI drafts, or applications evaluation assigned, I have to click the home button to get back to my dashboard, then into the next work page. If there was a dropdown in the navigation bar (perhaps only for administrators?) "Go To...) then a list of pages, we could go directly without bouncing back and forth across the dashboard. Not critical, but (especially on days when the site is running slowly) that extra step really adds up…

SLM UA - Share Evaluations
The share evaluation function, with anonymity option, needs to be added to each UA opportunity as it exists in non-UA processes.

Shared Documents in GLM by Process
I'm reposting this since it was first submitted a few years ago and it is still an issue for us. It would be very beneficial to allow Shared Documents to be uploaded per Process. Currently if you upload shared documents, all board members in other processes can also see anything that is uploaded. We are unable to use this for our committees for this reason and I have to e-mail the documents versus the board members being able to review them in Foundant.

Add "grant manager" assignments report field
Allow us to pull a list of the "grant manager" assignments for all assigned requests by adding a data field under "Processes" and "Requests" in report data sets.
I'd like to be able to pull a report of which staff member is assigned to each request. Currently, I have to proxy as each staff member to pull each list individually.

QR Code to direct applicants to a specific grant/scholarship application
Would really like the system to produce QR codes that they could use to direct scholarship applicants and applicants applying for hardship grants to a specific application.

Assign Follow Up to Reviewer
We would find it very useful to be able to assign a completed follow up to reviewers so that they could see the results of the grant they recommended for funding. Currently we have to export this info and merge it into a Word doc to share this with them.

Third Evaluation Option
It would be helpful to have more than 2 evaluation options for Universal Applications. Scholarship Opportunities vary vastly in what is important. Being able to have the Internal Evaluation and a choice of either the complex or simple evaluation form for the 2nd choice would be most helpful!

Include cc/bcc in template preview when configuring auto emails
When I'm configuring automatic emails for a form, I always click the eye icon to preview the template. For some reason, it includes all the information that's been set up in the template except for the cc/bcc fields. It would save some navigation if those were included along with all the other template information already displayed - I currently have to navigate to the actual email template to review which addresses have/have not been included in the cc/bcc fields in the template, which sort of negates the usefulness of the preview function within the configuration view.

Custom navigation
I am suggesting that the header area be made editable. It would be worthwhile if we could truly mimic our website header (logo and navigation) so the user thinks they never truly leave our website since there is no option to embed Foundant forms.

"Close Request" button
The "close request" button has caused confusion for our staff. It's being clicked accidentally. As you go through the scholarship workflow, you often click the buttons in the bottom right corner. The Close Request button is located in the bottom right, but is not a button we want clicked. I also think using the word Closed is not the right word to use. Could the button be moved and the name changed to indicate something more drastic? "Close" can sound like you are just finishing this particular step in the process. Thank you!

copy without uploads
It would be helpful if there were an option to copy applications without uploads. Often we only want the basic info and not the uploads, especially in a process with branching logic that only requires the uploads based on the answers. It's a problem to change or delete the prior uploads: first you have to answer the branching question with the value that shows them, take action, then change the answer back to the current value.

Additional Evaluations
We have several stages of evaluation; the two evaluations are not sufficient for us to be able to understand and assess applications effectively. It would be helpful if we could add additional evaluations, as needed, by process.

Simple LOI fix to reduce confusion for Applicants
There is a red circle with a backslash icon that appears when applicants try to copy and paste from their LOI to Proposal Application. This icon confuses Applicants because they are in fact able to copy and paste.
I am getting several emails from applicants who don't understand they can still copy and paste. Please delete the confusing red circle backslash icon.

Manually Add/Remove Email Address in Batch Email
It would be really helpful to be able to remove/add individual emails when using a batch email to applicants/evaluators. It is so tedious to manually type each email when you only need to exclude a handful.

pdf with no comments
We use the Administrator Comments feature to provide draft review feedback to our applicants. Many applicants use the comments, then want us to remove them so that they can create a clean PDF of their completed application. We don't want to delete our comments as that is part of the grant process record, but we also don't want reviewers to be able to see the comments. Right now, our only option is to make all the comments not visible to applicants, proxy as the applicant, download the PDF, then make all the comments visible to the applicant again. This is…

Question List
It would be helpful if we could print the question list based on the current preview options. When using the Universal Application there are supplemental questions for specific opportunities. You can preview as a Reviewer and for a specific opportunity, which allows you to see what the reviewer will see when evaluating applications for that specific committee. But if you choose the Question List from that point, so that it can be printed or downloaded, it brings up everything, even the "administrator only" questions. We need to be able to print a Question List to send to our External Committee's…

Suppressing Applicant Name / Project Field in Evaluation
We have 20+ scholarships that want applicant names suppressed from applications in the evaluation process. We have always had the student fill out the "Project Name" field with their name. This year, we had everything setup to suppress applicant details from the evaluators, but did not realize that the "Project Name" cannot be suppressed. We had to manually go in and change every student's name to a code in the Project Name field.
Short of instructing students in the future to not use their name as the project name field, is there any chance the Project Name field could also…
