attention line
Sometimes grants or invoices ask for a specific person in the attention line but that is not a universal recipient of all mail that goes there, for example places that have multiple departments within them. When entering a voucher or grant, it could be nice to have a field of the Attention Line for a specific item you are entering and for that to appear when the address is printed out on the letters.

Correct Error Message on Tribute Address Entry on Donation Portal
On the Donation Portal, when a donor selects to add a Tribute Name and mailing address, if they enter the full state name in the address, the site responds with the following error message "Address validation error, ARIZONA is not valid"
It is not obvious to all donors that they need to change the state name to the state abbreviation. Please correct the error message so that it lets the donor know what they need to change.

On the main list screen for open pledges it would be helpful to see the date when the next payment is due - it could be highlighted in red if it is past due.

Reclass entries are unable to be changed once posted. It would be great if we could have an option to unpost/edit/delete those like we do Journal Entries if needed.

Configurable Grant Catalog Shopping Cart Expiration Date
For our giving day or other special fundraising events that are run through the Grant Catalog, we would like to be able to allow donors to do research & fill their cart with all of their planned donations, but then hold it for the future, so on the date of the even they can just hit "submit."

Please add "CLOSED" to the funds that are closed in the LIST ALL and LIST DAFs and LIST AGENCY. When you are scrolling through the listing the Title Bar disappears so you have no idea what the Yes and No even stand for.

New Check Workflow for Grants, Please Add Memo Line to Create Grant Screen
In the new workflow you can now write the memo line for the check when creating vouchers to pay vendors -- a great improvement! The ability to write the memo line when creating grants would also be a huge improvement. As it stands you must now intentionally go in as a separate step (with no prompting) and write the memo line for each and every check, which is much more difficult than the old process ... particularly when working in batches. Please incorporate the memo line in the grant creation screen as you did for vendor vouchers.

We started emailing fund statements using the bulk process. The fund statement attachment file name is all in lower case with no spaces. Please add an option in fund set up for file attachment name

Allow Admins to edit reports created by other users
System admins should have the ability to edit reports created by other users and should have the ability to take over the ownership of any reports created by another user when the user is deactivated.

Account quick transfers - recommend choosing child account
For quick transfers from the fund profile. you can only initiate the transfer from the parent account, so it would be helpful to have a prompt asking you if you would like to switch the transfer to be from the child account instead of the parent account. This would resolve a lot of headaches from accidentally posting to the parent account instead of child account.

Creating a Fund Advisor
Currently you have to go to a person's profile to make them a fund advisor and add the fund. It would be great if you could also create the advisor from the actual fund profile.
Also when you create a fund advisor, you have to create their login, save it, then go back in to add the fund. The system should allow you to add the fund all in the same step when you create the advisor's login. Why are there additional steps?

Batch Process Manual Fees
Could we add more than one fund to a manual fee entry? We frequently have to charge manual fees, and it would be cleaner if this could be all in one manual fee entry with different funds (like journal entries where you can add a fund).
This would help make a cleaner list of admin fees and help us to compare who got a manual fee in which quarters by just clicking on one entry that shows multiple funds (similar to system generated admin fees) vs. a manual fee entry for each fund that received a manual fee. It also…

Loans: Invoice Date vs. Due Date
Currently, loans have only one date, a payment date. The system won't let us invoice any loans until the payment date. We need to invoice a few of our monthly loans to remind them to pay, which we typically want to mail at least a week in advance. This makes it difficult in the system if we want the payment date to match our "due date" on the amortization schedule.
Could either 1) another date field be added for a due date or 2) could loans be allowed to be invoiced prior to the payment date?
