When someone has unsubscribed on mailchimp it should mark them as do not email in CSuite
When someone unsubscribed in mailchimp and the next campaign is created with a mailchimp tag, it would be great if those who have unsubscribed are automatically marked as do not email.

printing giving catalog requests
In grant catalogs, when organizations post their requests, could they print the information they entered, when done (submitted)? This way, they would have a copy to refer to later. We do this for them right now, and yes, it's cumbersome.

Checks to Vendors
It would be great to be able to print checks as one per vendor and individual invoices in the same check run. We have scholarship checks to the university that we want to run separately for each student and then vendor checks that we only need one check for the vendor. Maybe this could be a setting on the vendor/grantee profile?

Add vendor account number to voucher memo
It would be nice to have the account number added to the vendor profile to automatically fill in the check memo line in vouchers with the ability to change it if needed.

Search By Philanthropic Interest Type for Donate Page
On the Donate to a Fund page, I'd like to be able to code for a few main sectors (arts, children & family, religion, education, healthcare, animals etc) to allow potential donors the ability to sort by their area of passion and see all of the related funds we have for that sector to learn more. Need the Ability to Enter a Promo Code When Purchasing a Ticket
Our funds offer a "scholarship" ticket to events for those with financial hardships - being able to share a promo code to those with the financial need (that would automatically either reduce or eliminate the cost) would be wonderful.

Affiliate Fund Email
When donors recommend grants, there currently isn't a way to differentiate the language for confirmation emails being sent to affiliate fund donors. We'd like to be able to edit the language and include the name of the affiliate org.

Expand Grants Document Bucket
It would be very helpful if the check and grant ID hyperlinks in the documents bucket followed through the whole process. After clicking on "process documents" the check ID loses the hyperlink, and the grant ID is no longer viable. There is a lot of back-and-forth checking each letter to go to and from the grant record to documents processing.

User Access- Restrict by Affiliate Funds
We currently manage 12 regional affiliates and would like to restrict the permissions for affiliate staff to just their affiliate funds. This would be similar to restricting users in GLM to certain processes.

duplicate merge - addresses
merging duplicates still brings both addresses over even if they are the same. It does not do this for phone number and emails. Told it has to do with harder to compare addresses. If thats the case, can we make this a radio button option to choose instead of the "Keep all" option on addresses

zip codes
Can we have the feature back where you enter a zip code and the system auto populates the city? This has been proposed in the past and the idea was archived. It was extremely useful when we first started with Community Suite and we were disappointed when it changed.

Would be nice to be able to enter an address with only the city, state, zip.
I have a vendor with just that info for an address but the system won't save it without an address line. interfund grants crediting wrong grantee
As of January 2022, an interfund grant to an endowed fund names the fund-beneficiary org as the grantee when the fund is part of an "affiliate Group" in CSuite. This is inaccurate - these are community foundation assets, and listing the transaction as a grant is incorrect in most cases. When the beneficiary org is a separate legal entity (there's a check box for that) this is accurate -it is a grant to the beneficiary because the fund is an asset of the Supporting Org.

Attachment Renames: Audit Trail
We'd like like an audit trail for attachment renames. We had an incident where it looks like many were manually renamed, but we have no idea who might have done that. Can this be added to the audit trails? We'd also like other changes to attachments audited, like category modifications, but if not those, the renames would really help.

Allow Deletion of Profile that was once a Fund Advisor
I have experienced this twice now... I am trying to delete a profile that has no connections preventing the deletion except the profile is a Fund Advisor. In each case, after deleting the Fund Advisor relationship, I am still unable to delete the profile.
The error message is "Unable to delete the profile because there are references to it elsewhere in the system. Please set to inactive instead."
Is this occurring because there is some residual data that remains in the Fund Advisor relationship (e.g., password)? If that is the problem, then CSuite should delete all information related to the…
