Allow Deletion of Profile that was once a Fund Advisor
I have experienced this twice now... I am trying to delete a profile that has no connections preventing the deletion except the profile is a Fund Advisor. In each case, after deleting the Fund Advisor relationship, I am still unable to delete the profile.
The error message is "Unable to delete the profile because there are references to it elsewhere in the system. Please set to inactive instead."
Is this occurring because there is some residual data that remains in the Fund Advisor relationship (e.g., password)? If that is the problem, then CSuite should delete all information related to the Fund Advisor once the Fund Advisor record is deleted and allow the profile to then be deleted. OR CSuite should present the references that are preventing the profile from being deleted (e.g., grant relationships) so that there is an option to remove those and delete the profile.
As long as there are no financial record dependencies, we should have the option of deleting old information.
