  1. I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.

    There is an option in the left side menu to list all campaigns.  Selecting that will bring up a filtered list of all campaigns for that profile.

  2. Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation.   3. Could items with "heart" icon i.e. Tax Receipts and Tribute Notify in left hand menu, not only have the heart, but also appear in "red" font? This would help identify the anticipated next step from either the Donations/Receipt bucket or Donations/Tribute bucket.

  5. Would really like the ability to invite external people, such as financial advisors when they are sending out tasks from CommunitySuite. Ideally, they would be able to select profiles from within CSuite to add to tasks, which would send the invite to the staff people and the external person's calendar.

  6. Thanks for all the great recent donation portal updates! I like that we now have the option to show the fund's grant type on the fund listing page. It would be great if there was also the option to group funds by their grant types like how the nonprofit directory works. We like that the nonprofit directory includes the grant types, but it would be great if service areas could be an additional way to filter this page. In addition, it would be great to be able to reorder the tabs that appear on the portal. We don't currently have…

  7. When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.

    We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.

  8. It would be helpful to have a total populate when reconciling Stripe donations in the Till, similar to the checks. When processing numerous Stripe donations on different days, it can be difficult to ensure that all boxes are checked.

  9. After a person clicks Add to Cart for an event registration (from an affiliate/SO branded portal), the portal defaults to the main portal and leaves the affiliate/supporting org branded portal. Further, if the registrant needs to add additional "event tickets" they must navigate through the general event tickets page and find the event they are looking for.

    Please keep the registrant on the affiliate/SO branded portal and allow them to go back to that specific event registration to add more to their cart. The current navigation is not donor/registrant friendly.

  10. C-Suite allows balance swaps to swap out of investment accounts even if it causes the investment account to go negative. There should at least be a warning to prevent this from happening. Requested by GMF.

  11. In an effort to clean up our database, we've been marking profiles as "inactive" if they don't meet recent activity requirements. We recently discovered that those inactive profiles aren't showing on the list of possible profiles when a donation is being entered; therefore, a duplicate profile was created. We would find it helpful if the inactive profile was still listed in the drop-down menu so we would know that it needed to be "reactivated" so the donation could be processed properly.

  12. On the individual campaign event page (event?eventdateid=xxxx), you show the event name, date and start time. Then there is a rather large blank space before you see the campaign details. Is there a way to move up the Location information -- maybe just the street address -- to that blank space?

    Or is there any way to compress that space if there is no image added for the event?

  15. It would be great if the credit card donation button could be hidden on internal Grant Catalogs that are visible only to Fund holders. We're using an internal Grant Catalog to collect Donor Advised grants to our annual competitive grant cycle, and some of the donors are getting confused by the two buttons even though we tried to clarify which one to use in the instructions. If the credit card button could be hidden while the Catalog is internal, and then unhidden when it goes public after the grant cycle ends, we could avoid this confusion.   16. Is there a way to enter a voucher for an annual subscription where it automatically records the prepaid and corresponding monthly subscription expense in each following month? Or can the prepaid only be spent down through journal entries? I think it would be very helpful to have the option to enter the prepaid voucher with corresponding monthly spend down at the initial input.

    Once the voucher is posted, you could create a recurring journal entry with an end date. Not a perfect solution, but you would not need to remember to create a new journal entry each month.

  17. I am wondering if CSuite could make it possible to add an Org profile to a household. This would be extremely helpful for donor roll-up reporting. We have many donors who hold DAFs outside of the foundation. When necessary, we create an Org profile for these DAFs. Over time, our donors may give from different entities (as an individual, as a household, and/or from their external DAF). For internal reporting, it would amazing if we could add the external DAF to the household so that in a roll-up report we get a summary of donations from all entities.

  18. It would be helpful to have a checkbox to track if a thank you has been sent for each donation. It looks like this used to be available but no longer is. Sometimes a thank you is sent via email, phone, or mail and it would be helpful to have a simple 'thank you sent' check box to keep track of this.

  19. It feels like it should be an option to archive reports that may need to be used in the future but not at this moment.

    We have noticed since you are unable to write over reports not made by you and there isn't a permission to change that, we're saving similar reports over and over. Whereas if we could archive similar reporting, we might be able to keep the Custom Reports clean and still manage information needed in the future.

  20. The new functionality for linking more than one individual to an org profile is great! But we need the ability to report on it. This is a huge help in creating mailing lists, but we can't use it if we can't report on it. Thanks!
