Relative Current and Prior Fields Should include Week
Please add "Week" as an option for the relative current and prior fields. We run several weekly reports and would love to have them automated.

Custom Reports: Enhanced Custom Reports to have a Save As option. This will allow clients to start with a report and make changes without losing that report. When saving a report, clients will now see a description field. This field can use this to create a description of the report which will be visible in the Custom Report list. In addition, there is now a new column for the creation date of the report. This will allow a User to identify when the report was created. A relative week date filter has been added. Selecting this filter will return data based on a Monday-Sunday week.

"Click to drill in" on Amount Awarded by year on dashboard
It would be so helpful if there was an option to drill in to the awarded amount by year on the dashboard.
1 vote- 11/21/2023: Dashboards: Added drillable fields to the remaining dashboards: Opportunities, Campaigns, Grants, Grantees, Vendors, Vouchers, Scholarships, Students. Users will now be able to drill down from the charts, graphs, and number to see the custom reports from where the data is populated. Users will see that the mouse will turn into a pointer on the fields that are drillable.

Better Layout for User Experience of Grant Catalog Features
Our foundation recently started using the grant catalogue publicly, meaning that it is going to have many projects added to it that public donors will be searching to fund. Currently, the view is not very user friendly and write ups appear in a very small column that is difficult to sort through for a user.
I'm proposing introducing a "Card View" where you can show 2 or 3 cards per column, and each card has information like:
- Image
- Organization Name
- Project Title
- Short Description (short excerpt from the full description)
- Request Amount
- Amount Funded…

Bank Reconciliation: Account Reconciliation
It would be a huge help if, when reconciling a bank account in CSuite, multiple lines could be checked at one time, rather than checking one tiny checkbox at a time. This is a huge time drain when reconciling in the system.

donation page
I would like to have the option of selecting the order of the funds promoted on the donation page instead of just by group. Some of our funds are in a specific group but I would like them in a different order based on the time of year.

Grant Letters - Word doc batch option
It would be nice to have the option to correct grant letters in a Word doc batch like we used to have. The pdf option is nice, but it requires having perfect fields and templates. Our small foundation could benefit from the option to spot correct.

Fund tabs
Now that Profiles have tabs, it would be great if Funds had tabs also. For example, some of our funds have a lot of files that require scrolling down the page. If we could have those visible by clicking on a tab instead that would be great.
4 votes8/2/2023: Funds: Updated UI to align with look and feel of profiles and campaigns. The fund record now has a header which contains the main fund information and is available on all tabs. In order to organize fund information and limit the left side menu options, the following tabs have been added: Details, Relationships, Settings, Fund Statements, Files & Notes.
On the Details tab, clients will see the main details of the fund such as: short name, creation date, fund groups, and the fund assets sections. We have also moved budget and loans, from the Options settings to Details card . Reports are still located on the Detail’s Tab, but have all been grouped under on left hand menu: Reports. Once Reports is selected a new page will appear and all of the Reports will appear in the left hand menu.
On the Relationship's Tab clients will find Scholarships, Beneficiaries,…

Fund Advisor Content - donation notify message
Fund Advisor Content currently allows us to edit messages addressed to them for grant requests and grants submitted. I am surprised that we cannot currently target them with donation messages.
From their POV, it is confusing to receive a message intended for the donor. A donation_notify message in FA/Content could allow us to communicate donor fields such as donor's name, address, email, tribute, etc. as well as "the donor has been provided with a charitable gift receipt, but we encourage you to send a note of appreciation."

Editing Profile Custom Fields
The new profile enhancement has doubled data entry time for the demographic info we track on students since custom fields are no longer included when you click edit. It takes too long to click edit on an individual custom field, select the answer, save it, wait for the screen to refresh, and then have to scroll back down to the custom field section to do the next one. Please go back to having all of the custom fields editable at one time.

New Profile Updates - Household Members More Visible
Household members are difficult to find at the bottom of the relationships tab. Would like to see them at the top of the screen and not buried in one of the tabs.

Include the type of profile in header (i.e. Individual, Household, Org)
In the gray box where it says "Profile," include the type of profile it is (i.e. individual, household, organization). At first glance, it is sometimes hard to tell if you are looking at an organization or individual -- causing donations to sometimes be attached to the wrong profile. Or update the gray bar to different colors for different profiles.

Our highest voted idea lab submission was the ability to identify the main profile data regardless of the designation.
The profile summary includes the information needed when working with constituents. The primary profile data will now be static at the top of the page regardless of the designation page that is being viewed. This summary includes an image, primary contact information, last donation date and pronouns. With this new layout there will be an icon next to the profiles name at the header. This will allow a User to easily identify an individual, household, or organization record. Images have also been added to the top header box for easy reference as well. FA Donation Notification - add email address and phone number to content

Regarding the donation notification that fund advisors can receive for funds they advise each time a donation is made, can the email notification be customized to also include the contact information of the donor, like their email address and phone number?

Donation: Updated the content merge fields for the following donation email. Donation Notify: Primary address, email, phone, donation date, Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Mailing Label
Funds: Updated the content merge fields for the following funds emails. Fund Statement Email Body and Fund Statement Review Email Body: fund name.

Pronoun
Pronoun Field
We need a place to capture pronouns on profiles. This must be an editable field - not a drop down menu, as pronoun preferences and combinations may not match what we would anticipate in advance. I consider this request of critical importance.
It is a sign of respect and care to use a person's proper pronouns - we know from scientific research that mis-gendering people by using incorrect pronouns can have a serious impact on their mental health.
I searched Idea Lab for this topic before creating this suggestion and was disappointed to see that another user's suggestion…

Release changes to permissions
It would be extremely helpful if there could be a separate part of the release notes dedicated to the impact of the changes on permissions. As the admin for my org, when new releases come out it is frustrating to our staff that they can't see some of the new things because they don't have the permission for them. As it is right now, I can't know what new permissions are needed until they don't have access.
An example of this is the new dashboards in the sandbox. This is a new permission that had to be given to everyone…

pronoun bulk update
It's so great to see pronouns as a field on individual profiles! Please allow us to bulk-update pronouns for individual profiles. I would love to see that on the profile actions in custom reports but if it needs to be via bulk update (names), we can live with that too. Thank you!
5 votesProfiles: Added the ability from Bulk Update<Names to update pronoun in bulk. Clients will now the pronoun field in the last column on this export, and will be able to add pronouns using a comma to separate more that one; for example: she, her, hers

Make Sort Available on Opportunities List
The sort function isn't available on the opportunities list (despite the sort icon showing at the top of a column). Please make the sort function available on this and other lists. Having to create a custom report just to sort by date is a hassle.
7 votesTables in CSuite can be sorted once the default sort is removed. The Opportunity table buckets are sorted by ID. In order to turn this off, select the ID header until the arrow disappears. Then select another column to sort. You can also select the column you would like as the secondary sort, then remove the id sort. Please contact support@foundant.com if you have further questions.

Ability to Regenerate All File for Fund Statements
Please provide a way to regenerate the batched PDF/Word doc files after an individual fund's statement has been regenerated. We have multiple people who review fund statements before publishing and being able to regenerate the entire PDF/Word batch to save the FINAL version outside of Csuite is needed.
2 votesThere is an option in the left side menu of the fund statement batch to generate all fund statements. This can be done after reviewing and publishing your statements. If you have questions, please contact support.

For yearly tax receipts, add field of household salutation
For yearly tax receipts, we have option to pull household label but not household salutation. Add this field as an option in year-end templates too!

Yearly Tax Receipts: Added the ability to print Envelopes for Yearly Tax Receipts. Best practice would be to use Custom Reporting, opposed to Filtered Reports, so that clients can filter out donors without addresses. Envelope job will not complete with profiles that are missing addresses.
Templates: Added the Profile and Donation Custom Fields to the Yearly Tax Receipt, along with the Household Salutation.

ability to make grant documents shareable with fund advisors
I'm (finally!) loving the new process for generating grant documents (e.g., letters that we send with checks). Our Fund Advisors ask for copies of those letters to be uploaded via the portal so that they see exactly what the charity sees when the check arrives. (It also gives them comfort that we actually sent the check.) Currently, I scan each letter and attach it as a shareable PDF at the grant level. Now that the system automatically attaches the letter at the grant level, it would be great it I could simply mark that as shareable without having to upload…
6 votesThere is an option to share an attached a file to a grant. Attaching a file to a grant and then clicking Share will share the file with all fund advisors who have access to the Grants tab on the fund advisor portal and are advisors to the granting fund.
