  1. Revenue Share for Deposits

    We get interest income from impact investments which are in our investment pool. We would like to be able to revenue share these deposits rather than do a negative voucher to allocate the interest income.

  3. It would be helpful to have "payment amount" as a field for scholarship award letters. Currently only "award amount" is available, and its confusing on multi-year scholarships to only have the full award amount as an option.

  4. Please add grantee name or grantee label as a template field list under {{#foreach check}}. Currently the only way to pull a grantee name or label is under the {{#foreach grant}} template fields list. We combine our grants into ONE check when possible but when we create the grant letter it will pull the grantee label FOR EACH GRANT instead of FOR EACH CHECK which therefore requires hand editing. The process would be much smoother and quicker if there was a grantee name or grantee label in the {{#foreach check}} template fields list. Thank you!

  5. The donor addresses found on donation records are not available to include in custom reports. Since the address on a donation may differ from what's found on a donor's profile, it would help to be able to view donation addresses through custom reports and exports. Right now, it requires manually viewing individual donations in the system to see that information.

  9. Often when Foundant support is unable to help with a situation due to product limitations, they'll suggest that I submit it to the Idea Lab. I understand that I have a vested interest and want to see the product improve, but sometimes I'm in a state of doing my best to get work completed.   10. To complete online registration, the registrar needs to provide their details, including credit card information, and optional the guest's name; the guest must be included to enable RSVP confirmation and appear on the guest list.
    If the registrar represents an organization, the RSVP status won't be displayed in the profile. Is it feasible to incorporate a registration column for this purpose? Please note, that activating RSVP to yes will treat the organization as an additional guest, impacting the total RSVP count.

  11. As a small community foundation, we have a fund holder who has the local artistic community creating about two dozen posters to promote freedom of expression. They'll be "sold" (given as premiums) for a donation to a C-Suite campaign. Each poster design is offered as one ticket.

    We are running into the limitations of the C-Suite Ticket object here. We need each ticket to be able to add CUSTOM ADDITIONAL FIELDS similar to the way the Note field works at present. We would want Shipping Address for fulfillment on each item.

  12. Live-updating "widgets" on the CSuite home page that can show info about chosen funds, campaigns, or profiles. There is a lot of wasted open space on the home page, and it would save a lot of clicking if we could select certain pieces of information to be surfaced automatically like this when we open CSuite. I imagine a button on each profile/campaign/fund page like "add to home page" that would then add the corresponding widget. A fund widget could show the balance and the last two transactions, for example. A campaign widget could show tickets sold for an event.

  14. In the bank reconciliation, checks paying multiple vouchers do not get matched with the csv upload and have to be reconciled manually. This makes the bank recon more time-consuming and leaves room for more errors. is there a way to fix this so that all checks get matched with the csv upload? We had over 100 checks paying multiple vouchers last month - would be great not to have to reconcile manually. Issuing several checks to the same vendor is not an option - sometimes there are dozens of vouchers linked to one check/vendor and it would make check signing…

  15. Similar to HubSpot's dashboard features, it would be useful to build custom dashboards where a collection of reports are saved on a particular page with a customized name.

    With this feature, the user could build custom reports and save them in a collection on a page where other users could access the dashboard to check metrics.

    This would help users who need to track custom metrics that aren't necessarily represented on the dashboards already created by CSuite.

  16. We were discussing a future campaign and looking at how it looks on our website when people register for tickets. It would be a great idea to be able to have more than one picture on the website. For example, the first page with the campaign information would have one picture, the tickets page would have another, and the thank you page could have a third. We also would like to be able to size our pictures appropriately instead of just using a small square picture. The main page would ideally have a long header type picture, for example.

  17. Event Campaigns should be able to be created without needing to sell tickets. This would streamline online donations targeted for a specific purpose or campaign. The campaign could then have a specific URL and QR code created, like campaigns already do, but without needing donors to purchase a ticket, it could take them right to a donation page that is tied to the fund attached to that campaign. This would create more efficiency around event campaigns, continue the trend of online donations becoming more popular and accessible at events, and reduce the additional time it takes to manually attach donations…

  18. Used to be a RE NXT user, and one of the best features was Workflow Designer. You could create processes — known as workflows — as an automated series of steps in the form of actions, emails, or conditions. You can assign actions to someone in your organization to complete, then add conditions to have the workflow move to the next action.

  19. Donors and staff at affiliates have noticed the page title that shows in the browser for the Fund Advisor Portal is /erp/fundmanager. Can it be set to something that's more helpful, especially when multiple tabs are open? "Fund Advisor Portal" or "Donor Portal" would work.

  20. Could you please consider updating financials to include easier options as to which columns to pull in and it what order when you need a number of columns on the report? (e.g., monthly amounts for current year/prior year/budget, year-to-date amount for current year/prior year/budget, and associated dollar and % variances between any two columns)? For our board report, we currently have to pull together three templates into another custom report, then extract numbers from that custom report, delete various columns, and then drop that into an Excel file.
