  1. Pending Grants in the "New" bucket entered by an internal user are visible on the fund advisor portal. These amounts are still in draft form and have not been posted or approved. It would prevent issues if there was a separate tab for grants entered by internal users or when entering a grant to list the external users who will be able to see it or even a "publish to the portal" option for unposted grants.

  3. Reposting Previous Suggestion-

    Please add the address and phone type fields to the template when importing new profiles. I am importing lots of new profiles but have to go back and manually add the address type and email type. This is a very tedious process.

  4. We've had requests from our Board to measure how much traffic our Donor Portal gets. Would be useful to get some basic page analytics / number of page visitors.

  5. I recently created a new fund and in my haste, breezed past "Endowed" because the fund was not endowed. However, it will be so we needed to track principal. Clearly my oversight but I'd like to suggest changing "Endowed" to "Track Principal Balance". This would follow the "Track Spendable" format and clarify the purpose of the term "Endowed".

  6. I would like to propose a change of the drop-down "ACTION" choices. Instead of the current default "replace with validated address" have the "Do nothing" as the default. This is helpful and will save time because profiles may have old addresses that we dont need to touch. Choosing the "do nothing" as the default will allow us to only click what is needed. Also, change the caps to lower, as someone else suggested, please. Thank you

  7. In the Portal currently, when someone goes to Profile - Contact Preferences, it is blank. You have to click on Edit Information to even know what that screen is even about. Is there a way to show the options before clicking "Edit Information?

  8. We would love the ability to enable/disable donor information (name, address, email) for each fund portal/fund advisor on a case-by-case basis (verse turning it on/off by type). While in most cases it is not necessary, we have support several unique fundraising efforts throughout the community where this would be a valuable addition to the donor services we are able to provide for our admin. fee. Ultimately, fund type is not what dictates who we may or may not want to provide this level of information to.

  9. I would like the option to have an event listed on an affiliate's giving hub only, and not on our main giving hub.

    Right now the work around is to mark the event as private and let the affiliate use a direct link to the ticket.

    While this keeps the event off of our main giving hub, it also hides it on the affiliate's giving hub event tab.

  10. We utilize personalized donation pages on our website to promote specific funds. We want to be able to embed a link to the C-Suite donation page directly within our own unique URL that donors recognize as ours and trust. This is something we were able to do with CanadaHelps, but C-Suite functionality doesn't currently allow it. And the C-Suite donation pages look and feel very different from our web page, due to their limited design capabilities.

  11. The log previously provided more detail on what was actually changed. Now in some areas, it's just showing the CSuite reference ID for the field that was changed. This is extremely confusing to follow. For example, I just changed the subgroup on a fund, and instead of it saying the name of the subgroup, it only has the ID which I would have to research to interpret the log. Previously, as recently as January 2023, when the fund’s subgroup was changed, it included the ID number as well as the name of the subgroup. This change makes it very difficult…

  12. Currently you cannot edit someone else's report, you have to "Save As" and delete old report. It would be nice to either have an "Edit" option, similar to "Share" or if you select "Share", it would allow them to also edit.

  13. It would be nice if when you run financials in CSuite (i.e. Balance Sheet or Income Statement) that when you print or export it includes our company name and logo at the top? When we have to provide a copy of a BS or IS for a company or auditor we have to manually add it each time.

  14. I'd like to create a report that will link the Internal Donations to their corresponding Internal Grant record. Ideally pulling based off the hyperlinked ID, but at a minimum pulling the destination/donating fund.

  15. We use the File section of the new portal to share fund agreements, stewardship materials (for those who no longer receive paper statements), and other documents with our fundholders. As the list of files grows with our engagement, this starts to be unwieldy without the ability to use the internal File Categories (and the sticky function) to organize the files for our fundholders. It would be wonderful to have this functionality in the portal, not just behind-the-scenes for staff.

  16. I have a custom donation report in order to bulk post donations for our giving day. I change the donor each time. When I do Bulk Actions to post the donations, it takes me to a donations posting list rather than back to the report each time. Then I have to go find the report again. Please change it so it goes back to the report each time. It worked that way last year.

  18. It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

  20. It would be great if there were a total when batch creating vouchers in the grants area. There are totals in each area of of the process such as posting, and approving, but not during the batch voucher.
