  1. We have been instructed by Foundant's support team to populate the "Sponsored Org" field on grants with the Sponsoring Org. Can this field be renamed to "Fiscal Sponsor" so that it aligns with how it is intended to be used. This would also require "Sponsor", which appears on grant reports, to be renamed to "Sponsored Org". If that cannot be implemented across CSuite due to other clients using these fields as they are named, can we be given the ability to rename these fields within our specific CSuite site?

  2. The "Donation Report" page for a Tribute shows each gift amount (which we may not want to share with the person being notified) but does not show the mailing address of each donor (which we do want to share). Ideally, the "Donation Report" page would allow us to add or remove columns. The only work-around is via a Custom Report, which shouldn't be necessary.

    This is a common-sense revision that shouldn't require action based on the number of votes it receives.

  3. On the donor rollup report, it appears that if someone is part of a household, but has given individually, it’s not showing the date of last gift. It’s blank for the household. If only the household has given, the date is there, but not if someone that is part of that household has given individually. Total donations are there, just not that field. The only way to determine the date of last gift for the household is to examine the regular donor report. You have to look at each member of the household, and isolate the last gift date for…

  4. Hello! We just had an issue where we accidentally opened the books back 10 years because of a typo in the date - can you please either put a warning on the open books feature or password protect it if it goes beyond 1 year? This caused a big issue from some Small Dog fund updates that did not close properly after reclosing the years.,

  5. When you search for a profile by profile number rather than name, the status of the profile (deceased, closed, inactive) is not displayed in the search results. When you search by last name, the profile status is parenthetically displayed in search results. It would be very helpful if the search returned the same information no matter what is used to search.

  6. When an interfund grant is processed the donation side of the transaction lists the name without the corresponding fund number when reporting. It would be helpful if the full name including the fund number displayed on reports.

  9. Currently, Yearly Tax Receipts can only be produced in bulk as PDF's versus Word Documents. I would like to have the ability to select the file format download you'd like (PDF or Word.docx) for the Yearly Tax Receipt. This would then keep the options for YTR the same independently if you run them in bulk or individually.

    Currently, we would need to have something similar to Adobe Acrobat to turn the PDF into a Word Doc.

  11. We would like to be able to hide statement vouchers in the Fund Advisors voucher tab. These transactions are sometimes confusing for the advisor We would like the vouchers they see to be relevant. Maybe this goes further to be able to filter and hide certain vendors?

  13. It would be great if we could integrate a third party app/software to manage credit card receipts/AP. Some on our team struggle with turning in business credit card receipts in a timely manner and there are apps out there that allow for the user to take a photo of those receipts, which are then integrated into the accounting system.

  14. Add ability to add a note to a Group record under System Configuration. As a system admin, I am currently keeping a separate record of notes for each of the user groups I create. Different teams, and members on those teams, have different access requirements so I am documenting the purpose of each targeted Group. It would be more convenient to have these notes included on the Group record but there is currently not a button to add a note to that type of record.

  15. It would be great if the credit card donation button could be hidden on internal Grant Catalogs that are visible only to Fund holders. We're using an internal Grant Catalog to collect Donor Advised grants to our annual competitive grant cycle, and some of the donors are getting confused by the two buttons even though we tried to clarify which one to use in the instructions. If the credit card button could be hidden while the Catalog is internal, and then unhidden when it goes public after the grant cycle ends, we could avoid this confusion.   16. It would be amazing to have the ability to set up department codes as an optional field that can be selected on each line item when entering a voucher, and thus show up when looking at the GL detail for each expense item.

    We have started doing our budget to actual reporting internally by department and some accounts are used by multiple departments. This would be a huge help!

  17. Could you please modify the grant description field so that it automatically wraps text when adding or editing descriptions?

    Currently, the field allows up to 255 characters, but it's challenging to verify entries because we can't view the entire description at once. It would greatly improve usability if the description text wrapped within the field during data entry, allowing us to see the complete description without having to scroll. Once the grant is saved, we can read the entire description in one field but still have to scroll when editing.

  18. Would like to suggest a change to what happens when you click on the menu item "account transfers." Currently you get two part display of a limited number of physical transfers on the top and balance swaps below. If I need to "see more" to get to an older date, I lose the ability to see the other type of transfer. It would be helpful to be able to choose which type of transfer and display more of each by opening separate windows so I can see them side by side, or to have both the top and bottom sections…

  19. Improved Search Capabilities: There needs to be a way to search for profiles even if you don't have (or know how to spell) the whole name. If someone's name is "John Smithe" but you think it's "John Smith" and you type "Smith, John" in the search bar, the profile you're looking for will not populate. If the search function could pull names that start with the letters up to the comma, the searcher could find John Smithe, John Smitherman, and John Smith-Stone.
